Kindly please provide a towel rod on the shower area. Or possible a disposable slippers to use. Or might install a small lamp on every bunk deck just not to disturb others while sleeping when using light. Thank you

Located in the middle of cavern quarter, really great for going out. Price was unbeatable!

Lack of staff in check out, also not told at check in that the check out area was in a different location. Just happened to go through to the bar area and ask and was told it was there! Not ideal if they are also serving customers!

Ensuite facilities were a decent size and locker space was good. Cafe area was nice but just felt a little formal compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at.

The lift wasn't working had to use the stairs and we were on 4th floor. Also the noise from the clubs.. it was very loud we were happy to hear the DJ call last order at 3.45am

To find the reception is very difficult as it is not signed clearly where it is (is where the bar area) I booked a King Room - 1 large double bed, and I got a multipurpose room ( +4 bed bunks), that when not private is a dorm. My first impression was that I was going to sleep in a dorm as I wasn't aware of it when checking in, not as the pictures, very confusing. Even though there are double glass windows, you can hear all the street noises of the area until late 7 days a week if your window faces the pub streets, so you might not get the best night's rest Not having a communal kitchen, so you either buy food from them or you eat outside

The location is good, very central to discovering the city highlights by walking distance, also near from the train station. I stay in a private room with a very comfortable bed and good towels. Good Wi-Fi. If you are a digital nomad, there is a "quiet area" where you can work.

There wasn't much I didnt like, but some complaints would be that the floor needed sweeping and the bunk bed was a little shaky.

The location was amazing, much better than I expected and am use to. The room was much bigger than the image online which was a plesant surprise and great for all 4 of us. Considering we were right next to lots of loud pubs, once we closed the windows, it was really quite and all of us had great sleep. Also the staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly.

Shower room had a lot of black mould, although I could tell it had been cleaned well, the mould needs treating. Very loud at night with the location being so close to bars and pubs. Take ear plugs and you’ll be fine!

Though it is a great location, it is extremely noisy and with the music blaring until 3:30am, unless you’re out at that time, it can be difficult to sleep.

It was clean and tidy, felt safe and secure with security outside until main doors close. Great location.

The room was hot as a greenhouse, and opening the window would make it very noisy, difficult to sleep given the proximity to the streets and pubs. Staff was nice mostly, but the reception was confusingly located. Lately, my expectation for a hostel was that it would have a nice common area, and people who could provide some guidance to me, as a tourist. Not exactly what I expected, but the people at the bar were super nice.

Ok room, with lockers, bathroom, and shower. Mattress was comfortable, and each bed had its own pair of plugs and USB for charging phone/computer. Location is also very good, close to main station and other city attractions.
