It was very loud on the evening as it is right next to a nightclub. I didn’t really mind this as I am a deep sleeper but my sister was a little bothered by it.

Very central, but maybe too close to The Cavern and other bars/pubs with loud music. You could definitely hear the music in the bedroom, but I use earplugs, so it was fine. Two elevators, but one of them wasn't working, which made us wait in line sometimes. Breakfast could have been better.

Very central location, easy to get to the Coach Station, Train Station, Anfield etc,. Very nice staff, extremely friendly and helpful from the start. Great support overall! Easy to reach out to them through Booking or Whatsapp. You can book a towel for only 3 pounds, which is helpful. Private bathrooms in shared rooms help make your stay much better.

It’s in the Cavern quarter so a little bit loud at nighttime but of course it’s no their fault.

The location and price/value was great. Helpful staff. It has a bar downstairs with affordable prices.

The 4-bed female room is super tiny and has only a small skylight. It was very hot and stuffy even though we had a fan running on high all the time. Also, there is no kitchen area to heat up water or keep some food in fridge. This seems to be more the norm and I will look out to avoid places without kitchen access.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bar area is nice. Very clean.

My electric plugs didn’t work for me. And the locker with my bed number was taken or at least there was an unknown lock on it.

I liked most of the staff, some staff was a bit matey which i get, I hate my job too. Very good coffee for breakfast.

Nowhere for the damp to escape with the rooms being quite compact so the shower tiles and ceiling had a lot of mould as did behind the radiator. But wasn’t overly fussed as it was a place to drop bags, freshen up and go, may bother those staying a longer duration than our couple of nights. Sacrifice of city centre room is the noise, although not a negative as that’s what we expected but worth mentioning. We had 4th floor facing outward so may not apply to all rooms.

Convenient city centre location. Very affordable. Staff are spot on, always helpful and friendly. Live music, great vibe. Good facilities and nice bar area. Breakfast was spot on to.

The down point was the noise, but it is understandable due the location. Another point is everything is extra charge, as bad solicitation and keep the luggage that usually is not charged in other places.

It’s noisy at night — pubs playing loud music so it won’t be quiet before 2 or 3 am. If you’re a light sleeper it’s not a good choice to stay here. The room is big but the facility is old.

The location is convenient, near many pubs.
