Nothing to mention it’s good value. The curtains could do with being a bit heavier to keep the light out!

Super location. Very convenient for the village and also Anglesey Circuit if you are there for the weekend, less than 10 minutes. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast round the corner at the sister hotel is very nice. We had very peaceful nights sleep!

The room is tranquil but downstairsnis a pub and Indian restaurant which is quite noisy and there is a strong smell of food as you come into the building and hallways but that doesn't make it into the room. Carpet on stairs and halls is very dirty but the room was clean.

The location and room are wonderful.. The sea and the village are a 2 minute walk away. Parking on site.

Maybe a slightly larger table\coffee making facility would be welcome although adequate for the brief time we spent in the room

The room was clean and tidy with a nice view, the access and book in and out was nice and easy. The staff attached to the pub the rooms are located at were welcoming and helpful

A little basic to our usual choice, but the shower was good and the room was clean. The bed was smaller than we are used to, and not overly comfy, but it did the trick. Would stay again.

The room was quite cold. We got 0 sleep on the 2nd night of our stay due to what sounded like the moving of furniture and constant footsteps from above us.

Great view from our window. The Indian restaurant attached to the property was fantastic, great food and hospitality. The breakfast at the sister hotel was spot on, great food and staff.

Extractor fan for restaurant was very noisy and went on until at least 11pm. One night the restaurant staff were arguing very loudly until 2am. No information on arrival about accessing room. It was assumed that I would have checked my email.

Good location for walking coastal path.

The room was small, not like rooms in the pictures. The room had NO VIEW, it says views of beach or Snowdon from the room but ours over looked the bins and it was hot. There was also a large damp patch on the ceiling Had to phone up owner to get more tea and milk, the shower floor cubicle was too slippy. The kettle was plugged into an extension wire that was free hanging. In our last morning we were told that breakfast was unavailable . To pub where the rooms are was a very “rough” place, very loud and very drunken patrons. It was not mentioned that it was such an establishment.

It was central to the town and beach

Being very critical the outside of the building and pub areas are tired but can’t fault everything else, we really were pleasantly surprised

Although it’s not the prettiest of buildings on the outside the room was light bright and very clean. Hassle free check in as was just sent a code for the doors. We did go in the pub downstairs a couple of times too and the locals were very friendly. We ate in the Indian restaurant one night and it was good value and tasty

Dirty poor condition of the hotel - shower had exposed electric wires, dirt filled carpet marked from entrance door throughout. Noise from restaurant and their staff until 1.20 am - noise from staff below as they came up to sleep as well as air con unit all night - didn’t sleep and owners didn’t care - no email ever answered - check out the “superb” comments that get dropped in to offset the poor ratings!! also checkout the poor reviews on other well known review sites which confirm why previous visitors no longer visit. Now cut up into 3 income let’s of take out food - pub & self serve B&B it’s a sad end to what was a previously well run B&B where people cared. We won’t be using again.

Close to beach and the breakfast although we needed the car to get to it.

The exterior of the hotel and the car parking area was shabby and made a bad ‘first impression’. The noise from people outside the hotel was totally unacceptable. Girls screaming, men shouting and cars sounding horns at 1.15am. Such a shame for the hotel to be let down like this, as the staff from downstairs were extremely helpful.

The cleanliness of the bedding. The breakfast at the sister hotel was superb. The staff were very helpful.

We never saw anyone to do with letting the room. The WiFi didn’t work and this was an issue. Tried to call the owners but there was no answer from either number provided. Tried sending a text and that wouldn’t go-presumably the mobile was switched off

It was very convenient being above the Indian restaurant. It was well located for getting to the race circuit.
