We stay every year before heading to a festival. A little bit of comfort before sleeping in a tent. Every year the same fantastic level of comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.

Even though we booked self catering, some sort of restaurant facilities would have been nice to have as an option.

the rooms could do with a little update and slight marks on the furniture and wood work also no bar or dinning areas still enjoyed the stay

Large modern chalet that was immaculately clean and very well furnished and fitted out. Beautiful location in lovely countryside. The spa centre has a good sized pool with sauna and steam rooms.

Nowhere on site to get a drink or food, as in restaurant.

Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Lota of spaces for kids to run around and play. Apartments were lovely and spacious too.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The best mid week break we have ever had.

Everything about the resort was exceptional. The facilities were second to none. I would recommend Wychnor country club to anyone.

Age limit on pool and gym - both of my children, 16 and 13 are active swimmers and gym users. Perhaps the website should detail the limits. Pool open at 8:30 for members only, so not available until 9:30 and only then if no groups have it booked - therefore, unless you hang around the pool isn’t really an option for anyone who is up and about ..

It could have done with a few more baking trays etc. Also the settee seats kept sliding off as attachments were broken.

The place needs bit of TLC - things are bit run down. This did not stop us having a fantastic stay.

Lovely location, staff are very friendly, lots of things to do - mini golf, tennis, table tennis, playground, swimming pool, all included in the price. Special shout out to the maintenance team. - thanks for cleaning the mini golf for us.

Property was not properly cleaned. Dust on the floor and on top of some furniture, spider webs in a few spaces of the apartment. No any restaurant.

I booked 4 apartments to celebrate my birthday with friends. We requested all of the apartments close to each other, which we got and we were able to use the bar on the Saturday night to gather together as a larger group. The location was great and the facilities allowed us to gather together.

In our apartment the window in the living. Room didn’t stay open but maintenance came and fixed temporarily. The side of one of the sofa beds was also broken but it didn’t affect our stay.

Access from the main road

The accommodation was great.We stayed in a lovely 2 storey apartment that catered for 7 adults,all the essentials we needed and very clean. The grounds are amazing and we had a fantastic weekend using all the facilities -pool/sauna/steam room/tennis/crazy golf -there wasn’t enough time to do it all as there was also golf and table tennis. The turning into the lane that leads to the accommodation was the only negative as it is getting on/off a very busy road but it wouldn’t put me off staying again. We also did Alton Towers which was 40 mins away so great location for this too

There wasn't anything not to like

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for our 2 daughters and grandson aged 2. We had some peaceful walks in the beautiful grounds
