We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Well presented and positioned caravan - very modern with all of the gadgets and mod cons. The awning provides a perfect extra space.

United KingdomSome of the outdoor awning furniture was quite dated and not in keeping with the intended use. Could do with having outdoor garden type furniture instead. Cleanliness could be improved in the caravan. Found cobwebs and crumbs/dirt in some storage areas. The fabric on the sofa was also stained and not pleasant to sit on without a sheet/ blanket.
Caravan stay which we were looking to experience. The grounds were lovely and peaceful with lots of gardens to explore. The caravan was spacious for 3 of us.

There was a lot of rubbish in the far side of the area we stayed in, which was a little unsightly, but it is off season so would expect it to not be perfect. Checking in was a little bit of a pain, phoning, waiting then confusion over names, but sorted in the end. Over all would stay again and would recommend to friends and family
