The lodge was lovely although the site looked half finished and wasn’t many options to eat or activities to do. The lodge wasn’t ready on time and poor communication about how long it would take, what was wrong, or what we could do while we waited. Our oven didn’t work which was annoying but not a big deal.

Good locations, very picturesque! The dome was lovely and it was very nice to sit outside. Everything we needed inside and comfy beds. Staff at pan Asia were fab and the food was beautiful!

Loved the location and area. A very quiet and relaxing place, with lovely walks and some animals on site. The hot tub was a great bonus to our lovely stay.

Could see that the accommodation hadn’t been used for a little while as there were cob webs around the windows when we opened them, which was right above our heads where we slept. Other than that, it was clean. Just remember to open the windows and wipe the cob webs when cleaning. The Enchanted Forest seemed outdated/abandoned, there are price lists from Winter Wonderland 2022 in the huts. Seems such a shame to let a magical experience go to waste, I hope this gets revived and shines like it clearly once did!

Loved the view over the lake from the hot tub. Great experience walking around the park and taking in the amazing views of nature and freedom!

Sofa is too small for two adults to chill on. It looked smart but was uncomfortable. The double bed was the worst we’ve ever slept on - it was two joined singles so it had a ridge down the middle! I would add some outdoor furniture so you could sit on the great terrace - we ended up taking out two dining chairs as the sun was shining. No latch on the gate to the terrace which meant it swung open all the time - maybe why the sauna door was broken? No hairdryer or information pack about the restaurants on site , how to work the TV or what you needed to do on check out.

Nice lodge - suitable for couple (would not want to visit as a four). Location great - we could see the lake. Jacuzzi bath excellent. Our sauna door was broken so we couldn’t use it however we were told in advance and they gave us a restaurant voucher as compensation, so that was ok.Jack’s restaurant/bar very good - we had a lovely Sunday lunch. Kane, our waiter, was outstanding. Wi-Fi was good if you wanted to look things up.

The sheet covering the mattress wasn’t quite big enough to go under, so we woke each morning having slept on a bare mattress.

Lack of mirrors in property, sofa was slightly on the small side for comfort and no oven like was advertised on booking.com so we couldn’t cook any food we brought with us ! Very few bathroom accessories and the hot tub area didn’t feel very private as too many gaps in fence and people passing by !

Extraction fan was broken in bathroom Only one mirror which was in the bathroom so couldn’t get ready as bathroom took ages to clear after showers Jacuzzi was not working properly- some jets were broken

That both eating places were both closed on Monday and Tuesday, that the Booking.com description of the lodge suggested they all have hot tubs when they don’t.

Nise pollution. The lovely location and potential peacefulness are compromised by the loud music broadcasted by one of the on-site restraunts and also the construction works in progress. The deprioritisation of the fishing facilities and lake maintenance in favour of alternative objectives and goals.

The staff are very good, customer service exemplary. Location and opportunity for escape.

A little mirror in the bathroom would be great. Easy enough to do make up etc. in the bedroom mirror, but putting contact lenses in is easier in the bathroom. A couple of bath robes would be a nice touch for the hot tub. Some outside lighting would be a good addition. Even just some fairy lights around the fence.

Hot tub was amazing, stayed really hot. Pod was clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Dinner and cocktails at the Asian on-site restaurant were great.

I'd avoid jacuzzi next time, as we had been stayed at 2 different houses, both hot water at the jacuzzi is barely warm and it took forever to fill up. We end up need to boil water from the hob and kettle to fill it up.

We stayed at lux sky, it's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped (except oven). The staff is very attentive, even we had problem with the electricity, they came within 15mins (in the evening) and even helped us to change another house when the problem couldn't solved. We would come back again!

The WiFi access wasn't great - we were not given any information about how to connect. It would have been good to have that information on our welcome pack.

Great space around the lake and access to restaurants. Perfect accomodation with all facilities and privacy of a jacuzzi and sauna which is amazing for the price!

The mattress was awful I’d read the review and took a mattress topper and it still was an awfully uncomfortable bed! The sofa was awful too!

Very clean lodge with great facilities with the spa bath and sauna. We found the spa bath warm enough to sit in like a hot tube. Loved going from the sauna to the bath. Wonderful Asian restaurant nearby. It overlooks the Jake and the food was delicious

Wi-Fi/phone signal poor

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna. Although no oven, there was a four hob cooker so was able to make meals. The surroundings were peaceful.
