The cabin was really hot when we arrived. The staff were so lovely, they provided us with a fan.

The property my family stayed in was so pretty. The decor was lovely and we felt so comfortable. Feels extremely homey.

I think the restaurant needs to be open 7 days a week...so somewhere for people to go shop needs few more bits...more profit to u need more mirrors in the apartments. only 1 In the bathroom. a full length one somewhere would be great. I think the numbers of the apartments could be om show a little better too....to make it easier to find when arriving. these are honestly the only negatives I could find...and not in a horrible way just would make it better.

Some dog mess including in the garden of one of our groups lodge. The animal / petting zoo area was a bit rough around the edges

Everywhere was clean, there were a few maintenance issues we had but they got sorted within minutes of us reporting them.

The enchanted forest was a nice bonus and very peaceful.

The onsite bar/restaurant wasn’t open at all on the day we arrived, two young, very hot, hungry boys weren’t happy, however the reception/small shop had acceptable snacks and drinks that sufficed. Bring ur own loo roll, as u only receive 1 as facilities are SELF CATERING…… our electric tripped out and had to wait for maintenance to attend, thank goodness this was within office hours! We arrived at 15:00- check in time and the hot tub was FREEZING as we were told the tubs are emptied and refilled by law…… pleased with the hygiene however if you’re staying one night- a complete waste of money as the tub took all night to warm up- should be ready to use on arrival I feel as you’re paying ‘top whack’ for the fascility.??????

The property was exceptionally clean, layout was perfect for myself and my two young children. The lodge was VERY warm, however there was a fan and a free standing air conditioning unit we were supplied with, greatly appreciated

The petting farm was just a few animals in their pens rather than a proper attraction, so a bit over sold. Was located in a lovely forest area so had potential to be much better. No WiFi in the lodge. The biggest bugbear was that we couldn't use the hot tub on the 1st night as it hadn't heated up enough. This sounds like this is standard practice due to the hot tub being drained between guests (obviously the right thing to do!), although disappointing how long they take to heat up. A suggestion for the owners might be to get some rowing boats/ pedalos to go out on the lake as we would have paid for this if it was available!

The lodge was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot tub with view over lake was a beautiful setting. The pan Asia restaurant was very quirky and cool. Reasonably priced for the location. The nature lake area and forest was an unexpected surprise. It was a nice stroll with our 5-year-old.

The WiFi kept dipping in and out at busy times which was a bit frustrating trying to watch something on tv at night. The jacuzzi bath was nice and clean but jets lacked power so was just a outside bath

The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like the springs were sticking into your back which made for a very poor nights sleep. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the drains and there was an unholy smell emitting from them which ran throughout the lodge, which was quite nauseating to say the least. Also the lights in the dome were not working upon arrival and we repeatedly requested for them to be fixed but no one ever came to fix them which was disappointing service.

The lodge was cleaned to a high standard, the decor was very modern and a clean design, the kitchen facilities had everything you needed and dishwasher was a nice touch and quite spacious, the only thing lacking was a washing machine and the location was excellent. The hot tub was warm, clean and amazing.

There was no WiFi coverage in the cabin and so the 'smart' TVs were useless. Didn't bother us but it could do others. Kitchen equipment was very limited. Decent set of pans but a frying pan without the provision of a spatula made things difficult. The lighting on site at night along the main tracks was so bright, which was a real shame as it ruined any ability to star gaze.

I used to come here to 40 years ago so I knew the basics site layout. It's a lovely site, the hot tub was good and the bed was comfortable. Despite apparently having over 400 people on site it certainly didn't seem that way - it was very quiet.

There was some litter scattered over the joined up Fence on arrival - this was promptly cleared up by the staff upon request. Advertised as a hot tub although this is a self filling spa bath. Electric charging points only have the Tesla (dual type) charger ports. WiFi terrible. Poorly stocked tackle shop.

Clean inside property although the outside, including entrance, could have done with a cobweb clearance. Staff, including those in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful.
