Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe wifi is a little tricky- I purchased it but online payment/ verification with bank needs internet and also the voucher was sent via e-mail- all of which I couldn't get to until I was off site and had 4G/5G. It says 1/2 hour free but we didn't get that to allow us to establish everything we needed to connect
This is our second visit and improved since our last visit in 2018. Liked the new bar area and food

United KingdomNot much , however the country park could do with its own on-site drink and restaurant as local pub only open from 5pm, closed alday and Mondays! Tiny and fully booked.( country limits pub) No taxis for those who can't walk far into the main village 1 mile away [ 25min ] walk plus return leg. Mondays are a quiet day for the area, so limited restaurants / eateries are open. No option to check in early .After 4pm we checked in. Only picky small pieces we didn't like to add to this review. Overall very nice.
Lovely comfortable lodge with everything could wish for, daily cleaning of hotub and chemical checking. Great nights sleep, very peaceful. View over looking lake. Clean and spacious. Local area/ village is great with lovely local shops/ pubs. Very friendly and relaxed. Staff in reception were very helpful and polite. Easy check in. Would return 100% and will.

United KingdomWe were unfortunate to have a large group of guests celebrating a birthday party near us which tended to be very noisy at times. Lodge opposite us played their music very loud which if you liked rap music was fine. Perhaps you could ask guests not to play their music so loud that it disturbs other guests!
Location overlooking the lake was excellent. The lodge was very clean and the milk, tea bags and coffee was an added bonus.
