Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCashless! Fine when all is working, but the internet was down for several hours upon my arrival, so no one could get a drink or food. Staff extremely helpful however. It would also be helpful to have the reception number on the phone, and info that you have to use the room entry card to activate the lights.
Clean, spacious, extremely comfortable bed. Good location- I stayed there overnight en route home. Great to be able to use the pool and spa facilities.

Spa facilities were also very well maintained. Used the driving range, where free golf clubs were provided with 50 balls for £7.50. Thoroughly enjoyed our short and sweet stay here.

United KingdomAlthough food was excellent it was served in a cafe style area not suited for an evenings ‘dinner’. Many people were dressed for restaurant style meal to find it was a cafe setting. Asked for a Diet Coke and got a drink that tasted awful. When I asked what she had served me she said it was Pepsi max. Not what I ordered. In the morning the tables were dirty and you had to run around looking for staff to top up cutlery and crockery.

United KingdomBed was a little hard for my husband, who has joint problems. Restaurant was a disappointment, had nothing hardly left on the menu, carpet needed cleaning, too much food on the floor under our table to be ignored.
The Facilities were brilliant. Room wasn’t too far or up any stairs. Grounds looked lovely. Staff were lovely.

United KingdomThis is all relatively minor, so don't be put off, it is in the spirit of driving improvement. TV reception was a bit sporadic at times (terrestrial reception) & wifi in room e.g. for catch up was somewhat unreliable even for low resolution iplayer. Managed to work around this with a mobile hotspot. Some noise from gym glass reached the room on Friday afternoon/early evening, but not noticed at other times, no big deal. A few machines in the gym require sign in or using a guest USB before they can be put into use - not a criticism of this venue in particular but of the idea in general having to sign in and out of machines before being able to get on with an exercise.
Fantastic pool & spa facilities, a gem, even if like us you have no interest/desire to play golf. Room was a generous size & well decorated; Very handy to have a bistro/restaurant on site, after a day walking and then a session in the pool/spa, one does not feel like driving out for a few miles to try and find dinner.
