small issue, but there was only one set of keys provided when there was several people staying, so had incident where the set of keys were taken into the apartment with someone who fell asleep and almost had to contact the property to get access to the apartment. There was also a bit of confusion in regards the apartment booked, having been previously in the property, I had asked several times before arriving, and was assured, that I would be in the same apartment as previously (as it was very well placed to the back of the building and so away from any potential noise pollution), however, when having the booking confirmed while traveling to Liverpool that morning, the request and account note had been ignored. thankfully the apartment provided instead was of similar quality, but having contacted several people on separate what's app conversations and phone calls, it was concerning that this request was ignored having been assured of it having been addressed and not to be worried about.

Location is perfect for a stay in Liverpool, absolutely central it being in consent square, and also very well sound insulated so that the music and noise from the area is not an issue at night. Maybe not an area to be if you have children in the group, but perfect for a group of adults.

In the centre of all the nightlife - a bit noisy til late in the front bedroom - remember earplugs! Unable to open any blinds for natural daylight.

Very spacious apartment - furnishings to a good standard and very well equipped. Lovely extra touches such as plenty of tea and coffee, cleaning pack and shampoo and shower gel. Beds very comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable location to everywhere we wanted to go.

No lift and windows didn’t open. Although I understand the windows not opening is probably for noise cancellation reasons. But this could be an issue in the summer. Sofa and flat door broken. We did inform staff but don’t think anyone came to fix it.

Minor things really, floor had been moped, but was really wet and so it resulted in a sticky floor for 3 days. Not enough toilet roll for 8 woman for 3 days. Windows didnt stay open. Great location, but noise kept us awake until 4am first night and 5am second night.

We wasn't sure about all being in one room, but it turned out perfect. Lots of laughter whilst getting ready and playing games when we got back at night etc. Perfect kitchen area, full size fridge. Plenty of mirrors and charging points. Location was amazing, easy to get everywhere.

Under the sofa was dirty and in corners in bathroom. Shower also leaks out onto the bathroom floor as the edge isn’t raised to keep water in

We were unable to sleep with the blinds light and needed to fix the blinds properly (both bedrooms).

Nice spaces and comfortable to stay. Good access to the city and plenty to do our tourists, especially Albert Docks, The Beatles Story Museum and The Cavern Club.

I can imagine the noise could be an issue for anybody coming to relax, it didn’t bother us, as ae loved being central but I’d definitely recommend earplugs for sleeping. The bathroom had an odd smell but the cleaners came in quickly and re-cleaned it and it appeared it was a drain issue rather than cleaning.

We were here for a hen do and the location was perfect, right in the centre with concert square right across the road. The apartments were all really big with great kitchen facilities and lots of space to eat and relax.

very minor point, but all communication occurred through whats-app conversations from three different numbers so seemed a little suspect initially. Also received a text post regarding anfield hotel, having made no mention of accepting or rejecting my number being used or passed on, from a number that had no previous communication with me about the stay (at the time)

Apartment was impeccable, above and beyond what was expected. All communications were very profesional and the method of checking in, retriving keys, and checking out were without issue

Could have been a lot cleaner. Shower leaked. Was across the road from a club/bar so wouldn't be suitable for families with young children. Throw cushions should be thrown in with the bedding in my opinion these clearly hadn't.

Apartment was central location 2 minute walk from everything. Comfy spacious apartments and straightforward instructions on how to access your apparent. Beds were very comfortable towels and bedding were clean.

Had to put a 100 pound deposit down for the room and it took them 2 weeks to finally refund the money. I sent emails asking about the refund but the email address just kept saying that my emails hadn't gone through.

The NOISE lasts from the afternoon until around 2am. The windows may as well have been open, didn't make much difference re: sound getting inside of the apartment. I wasn't aware of the sorts of clubs and their patrons I'd hear and see from my window before I booked and I was horrified to discover there were worst kind of places around there.. lap dance clubs with cheap booze, and the employees with big signs 'speak to me about lap dance' advertising outside.... mixed together with drunk youths loitering outside until the early morning, and music banging at what I'm pretty certain is illegal decibel level.. did I mention there was someone literally playing a drum under the block until 2am on Friday? I swear I couldn't make it up if I wanted to. So basically, if you're after this kind of fun and not planning to go to sleep anytime before 2-3am, this apartment is for you (we stayed Fri-Sun, I hope it'd be different if we stayed over the weekdays)

Size of the apartment - comfortably large with space for sofa, table and chairs, even ironing board etc. AC/heating worked well. Quick response from maintenance Team re: maintenance issues I highlighted during our stay was nice.
