More care was needed to clean up after the previous guest. No towels when I arrived.

I liked everything

The room was very clean and had everything you may need( even a fan for hot days!). Nice balcony with a wonderful view, a big tv and super peaceful. There was one guy at the reception, he was amazing and let us leave our stuff there as we were a bit earlier so we didn’t had to carry it around. One of the best places I’ve stayed 🥰

Could do with little more attention to details . Bathroom was clean but attention to details is lacking . We didn’t use draws in room as there was hairs and parts of tablets . The heating was on full in the foyer and up the stairs which was unbearable. The tv wasn’t tuned in very well . All said we slept well in the bed .

It was good location to the town . Free parking out front if you manage to get space .

There was no where you could hang a coat, or clothes on hangers. If you were going to attend a function that required a suit, or smart clothes you would have trouble to hang them to prevent creasing. Even the bathroom door didn't have a hook. The fridge was welcome, but it was thick with ice, and would benefit from being wiped out. The details said there was soundproofing, but I was woken up by a loud phone call in the room next door, and could hear all.. A blind at the bathroom window would have been good as people walking down the alley outside the ground floor room, had frosted glass.

The location was very good, on the sea front, close to cafes and restaurants, useful as no breakfast option. The room was bright and well decorated, and there was a walk in shower. the bed was comfy. The room also had a fridge

It wasn't clear you needed to ring a bell to gain entry to the building, no sign and the bell was on an outer door. The shower riser rail in our room was completely detached from the wall and needed fixing. The only plug sockets were not near the mirror so not good for hair styling. Hanging space not long enough to hang a dress. One shower towel each provided but no other towels, a hand towel would have been good. Minor things bit would have made good excellent.

A decent price and the room was clean and warm. There was a fridge in the room, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk.

Unfortunately there were quite a few spots ( blood and whatnot) on the bedding. The sheets were clean but you could see through. When we arrived (on Friday afternoon) we saw a can of jack and coke on the front window and there were a few tea bags in the front garden ( some lovely guest left it there I’m guessing) .. but nobody removed it until the Sunday morning. Not really important to our stay, sure, but didn’t give a nice vibe.

Property is right on the promenade. Is about a kilometre from the centre, which was perfect for us because we don’t like to be in noisy areas. Has a few cafes, a bakery and few bars within 10 min walk. Tv and WiFi woking well. The reception guy was friendly.
