We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomroom very large , with a large bath . Had breakfast in the room , breakfast was perfect . We had the balcony room so very nice views . Restaurant lovely so was the food & wine . Special thanks to restaurant manager Lionel ( hope thats the correct spelling ) he couldnt do enough for us , nothing was too much trouble for him . Ladies on reception also very helpful & friendly . Will defiantly stay here again .

United KingdomThere was no AC and we were staying there whilst it was very hot. There is a ceiling fan and coolers for the rooms provided, the latter being quite noisy and not as effective as AC. The restaurant had a limited menu, especially vegetarian options.
The hotel is beautiful, and feels very tranquil and calming. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well sized and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is close to the University campus, and close to stunning grounds, perfect for a run or leisurely walk around. The onsite restaurant is very convenient as the hotel is quite a distance from town.

United KingdomInstructions on how to work coffee machine were lacking. Spare cups would allow several drinks - washing the same cups with no tea towel is not ideal. Well-equipped bathroom, but walk in shower meant water spread everywhere.
Spacious room with a balcony. Large comfortable bed. Meals in the restaurant were very good. Friendly staff.

We loved the room, breakfast and the beautiful gardens! They were all stunning and we were so grateful to be upgraded for our wedding night, thank you so much! The staff were all incredible, the room was spotless and the breakfast was an excellent spread of every type of breakfast food you could want! The toiletries in the room were second to none, I could have arrived with just a fresh set of clothes and be completely fine!
