We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHand basin in bathroom was so small that it was impossible to wash anything bigger than your hands. Had to wash in the kitchen sink. Also the plug, even when pushed down, didn’t stop the water escaping.
It was a spacious and well kitted out apartment in a nice location within easy reach of the city centre. Recommend walking there as downhill all the way and getting the bus back.

Everything! Mandy, our host is very helpful and accessible and provided detailed information. The lodge has everything as described, its location is perfect, there’s a bus stop near the property (150-200 m.), the 4/4a Bath City bus. We even got fresh milk for our coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch. Bed and sofas nice and comfortable, very quiet, we slept very well.

The lodge had everything we needed - fridge/freezer, mircowave etc, it even had an Alexa & a washing machine! It was a short bus ride from Bath (every half hour until midnight). We parked our car on the drive. Mandy was the perfect host, giving us advice about bus stops and was only next door if we had a problem. The lodge had its own private seating area. Will recommend this accomodation to family and friends.

AustraliaLocation is about 10-15 mins from Bath using a bus or car. Although it is possible to catch a bus into Bath - the walk was a little far if you had a long day out and about. We found it better to use a car - which entailed expensive parking fees. Great having a washing machine - soap dispenser needs cleaning.
Generous supply of coffee, tea, sugar and milk (fresh milk in bottle). Modern, clean, comfortable and private. Air conditioner, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

the property is self catering but tea and coffees?milk were provided....the property lacked for nothing it was a hidden gem. The host Mandy was probably one of the nicest ladies you could meet. and was conviently close by if information was needed. The property was aproximately 250mts from a bus stop into Bath so we never used our car for 3 days.

We loved our stay at Wisteria Lodge. It's a cosy, well designed and appointed little bungalow/apartment tucked away in the suburbs of Bath. Check in was easy and lovely. Great local information is provided in the welcome pack too. Getting into Bath central was super simple via either walking or taking the bus. Would definitely book again.

United KingdomWisteria lodge was the loveliest little lodge to stay in to be close to Bath! So easy to get into the city centre. Where the lodge is based is a super quiet area with a supermarket close by. The property is immaculate with amazing features such as Alexa, a smart tv and brill wifi. Mandy couldn’t be more friendly and tells you all you need to know! Will definitely be staying again!
