The accommodation is immaculately clean. We arrived late on the Friday but it wasn't a problem for our host Danny who was so helpful and polite throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious

I thought I had booked 2 Seaview rooms but we got into our rooms when we arrived at 12.30 so was fine.

No top up off water biscuits on the second day even though it did say top up every day . shower could do with a little thought on corner shelf for shower gel the one supplied at an angle fell off shelf onto my foot Ouch!!! And maybe an upgrade to a proper coffee machine not instant nescaffe coffee. also needs a small table for people to get ready at the mirror or move the t setup and place a little something there like a unit if possible for woman to get ready

Not especially for us. But bathroom in our en suite was tight. Those with a larger frame would struggle. Just a tip ! wasn't a problem for us but as the breakfast was our best . En suite was our smallest.

.Got to our room and decided to upgrade to a slightly bigger room with a bit more space which was a lovely room. The breackfast was amazing quality and staff were helpful when making changes to certain breakfast items e.g if you did not want egg on your full English.Staff were chatty and kind would stay there again if I'm ever back in blackpool.would reccomend if you want a stay in a quiter area of blackpool away from the busy attractions and a tram stop is just across the road that can take you near the places you want to see .Thankyou for having us.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay .exceptional breakfast cooked fresh 😋, very clean and host couldn't do enough for us . Tram stop across the rd so easy to go into town etc ,host was very knowledgeable about things to do and travel ,also places to eat if needed, highly recommend and will be going again

I really can’t think of anything.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and cooked to order. Room was great, clean and tidy, beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Notice the wallpaper in the front porch it’s got that Wow factor. Danny, Trevor and Colin were magnificent hosts. Well done to the whole team.

Nothing bad to say.

It was spotlessly clean . Danny and Trevor made our stay, they were very welcoming and friendly. You’re not far away from the tram stop which takes you into town. Car parking is free and off the main road. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern even having usb sockets for charging phones ect. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choice from fruit, cereals yogurt and cooked . Danny and Trevor work very hard and made us feel at home. Thank you for a great stay we will be booking again.
