Great location! I liked the self check in feature and checking out was very easy. It was very clean and the room had everything we needed even a washer/dryer, utensils, and a stovetop. It was like having the comfort of an apartment with the ease of a hotel room.

While very soothing and moody, the lighting was too dim for comfortable living. The kitchen did not really have the equipment needed to cook a meal (eg. tongs/something to turn over the food). Small things which could be easily fixed (eg. a lamp in the living area).

We loved the thoughtful renovation of an old building, the exceptional helpfulness of the staff, the quiet, comfortable and very clean room, and the excellent location. It was a wonderful base to explore Manchester - we really felt at home.

Not enough mirrors The bathroom needs a full length mirror I couldn’t use the over sink mirror because it is set way too high:( The bedroom absolutely needs a full length mirror as well!

The lighting in the kitchen area was not right - a small strip light over the hob area when the furnishing is black is not sufficient. I had to constantly use the torch.

Me and my partner went here for our anniversary as we stayed here 4 years ago for our anniversary then. I asked if they could do a little message and they went above and beyond with a LED sign, snacks and Prosecco! We loved the location because it was right in the city and very near to train stations. So clean, tidy and modern. Has everything you need and more. Staff were so kind and helpful.

A great location just a short walk from Piccadilly station. The staff were amazing, super friendly and couldn’t have done more. The hotel provided free drinks to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again when visiting Manchester.

Nothing serious. Perhaps the room size could have been a bit bigger, but that's not a big issue. They could also do with a second/larger lift, but there's nothing they can do about this! I also wish there was room service, even for a weekend, as we'd like to have more coffee bags (only two there, which we used the first day).

Very stylish reception area, with bar and café. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was also very stylish and very well-equipped - you don't have a washing machine in every hotel room you check in to! Clean, comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, I could literally see Canal street across the street from my window, which is where I was planning to be for the weekend.

Physical instructions for the cooker in the room would have been nice (a QR code was apparently available through the tv but we couldn't access it). Also couldn't seem to adjust the temperature of the radiators.
