We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome other guests were a little noisy in the corridor early on Sunday morning, but nothing too bad and not something under the owners control.
Easy self check in system with clear text instructions provided. It was clean and bed was comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee and I was surprised to find an iron/ironing board which was handy as I arrived with crumpled clothes.

United KingdomBed was a little uncomfortable but was able to sleep around that. Was probably a one-off as others staying in other rooms didn't have any issues with the bed. Nothing the hotel can do about this, but not much in terms of choice for eating out locally - most places were closed (this was a Saturday night). We ended up at the Wetherspoons which actually worked out well in the end but if looking for somewhere to stay with family etc, not sure this location would be particularly suitable...
Room and hotel was clean, towels and hand soap and shower gel/shampoo provided, as were coffee/tea/milk/sugar. No disturbances from other rooms or outside. Was well located for Donington Park Circuit and close to an Aldi for supplies.

The room was a good size, and clean, as was the bathroom. The facilities were basic, but reflected the price point for this accommodation. The access and key collection process was simple and was communicated ahead of our stay. Wifi connection was good.

United KingdomRoom was super hot. No AC and all windows shut on one of the hottest days of the year. Shower overflowed so had to keep turning it off to let it drain, then back on to continue my shower. Was a bright green security light type thing in the room that made it hard to sleep at night.

United KingdomOne of the ceiling lights glowed green all night. This may have been a security feature but it was quite bright and was somewhat annoying. Some of the curtain hooks were broken.
The hotel is unmanned but instructions for entry were clear, although the key safe was a little tricky to open. Room was as expected with all necessary facilities, including kettle, tea/coffee tray and tv. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with soap and shower gel. Free parking. Quick response to my telephone query.
