The bed was very squeaky.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was okay. There's no chopped up fruits to go in the yogurt. Everything was labelled at breakfast well. The radio is a nice touch.

The water was very hot...should have a warning. X1 adult x1 child...end of a row room opposite the fire exit... on a floor with contractors. The room above me was very noisy when walking around. The room next door was very loud, maybe thin walls...did have to complain about that...heard every word.

Staff were lovely and polite. Breakfast was really nice, and so were the options available... more continental options were needed, but we were down half an hour before the end of breakfast. And the toast machine...didnt burn the bread! Waitress nice and polite and took away plates etc...once finished. Room and areas around were very clean All facilities we needed and had extra milk for the much needed coffee when we arrived.

The breakfast was absolutely awful, we were so glad we hadn't booked it for every morning. (We had paid for one morning on arrival to try it) My advice is book the hotel to stay but go to the local cafe's for breakfast. There were 2 of us staying in the room yet on arrival and each time the room was cleaned we were only given 1 bath towel, we had to call reception on 2 occasions to get a 2nd towel. This isn't a big issue but it was a bit strange that 2 bath towels weren't provided as standard.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the train and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and although the bathroom was dated everything seemed to be maintained well. The staff were friendly and quick to bring towels, milk, tea etc to the room on request.

Lovely staff - so kind and accomodating. Friendly faces to come back to and they sorted taxis etc for me. Modern furniture in bedroom, clean!

I requested a quiet room and was allocated one near the lift and the door at the end of the corridor. It could’ve been worse, but there was still the noise of the corridor door opening and closing. The car park doesn’t have many spaces and is first come first served. There was no problem parking at the time, but on other busier occasions it may be problematic. I don’t know if there is alternative parking nearby.

It was better than basic and clean. The decor in the bathroom was dated, but nonetheless everything in the bathroom was clean including the towels and bath mats. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty, on the second morning I was asked if I wanted scrambled eggs (not the first morning). And the scrambled eggs were very tasty. There were many breakfast items to suit different types. A good central location next to Watford market and 5 minutes walk from other shopping and office locations. All the staff were polite and greeted guests with a smile and a ‘Good morning’/ ‘Good afternoon’. On my first evening, the person on reception provided a clear explanation of how to get to the hotel’s car park; it’s not obvious.

nightmare to find, website says parking available but doesn't say it's impossible to find and stopping to unload is impossible. the corridors have carpet rucked up to make a trip hazard oin many places, and curtains don't block light so it's hard to sleep in winter if you dont have a mask. public car park is only a short walk (but *very* long drive!) but I didnt feel very comfortable, it's in a dingy street, and to walk to the pay point you have to walk down a street with no footway

staff friendly, comfortabe room, hotel gave me voucher reducing multi storey parking from £10 for 24 hours to £4, comfortable bar area to sit and chat with friends.

Bathroom was a little dated. we decided to go for the breakfast, at £13.50ea I don't think it was particularly good value.

We booked the hotel as it was close to the Place Theater. The room was comfortable, the bed was big. We managed to get onsite parking. The hotel is very close to the city center (~5 walk)

Breakfast was not good. Hardly anything at 8.15am , my egg wasn't cooked white sloppy and cold. Shame because this let it down
