Some road noise but I wasn’t bothered when the window was closed

Breakfast was okay. Dinner menu was limited but the pizza went down a dream after a very long walk.

We loved chroma we love to see so I did the shops but the hotel was just absolutely rubbish and disgraceful service was rubbish I really could do with having my money back did you meet stations of the property now did you did you think was would you write the room size but the new rooms I was low carried our satisfactory not very clean it wasn't it how comfortable the beds average how was the light in your room average house factory question how was the light in the room

Was no breakfast there was no evening meal there was nobody to tell us about the male situation all we got told was oh you're not good in the mail today always cost us 300 pound not that happiness all right

No breakfast, although paid for bed and breakfast as soon as arrived. On going down to dining room we found a note stuck to dining room door room 2 Breakfast at Brownes Café, Bond street, Cromer We trudged the ten minute walk, got absolutely soaked in the rain to be informed by Brownes Cafe he knew nothing of our arrival. He tried to contact the Inn and like us found no one there. Fortunately Brownes served us a lovely breakfast and said they would deal with but this had happened previously to them and were quite rightly upset. Lunch meal ordered for arrival not dealt with Our room was not ready and we were asked to wait whilst cleaned and could hear staff argue the case. Windy stairs Small shower step too high for elderly, no hand rail or facilities etc. Staff , only one young girl seen, others could be heard but only giving orders.

There was a mix up with the rooms on arrival. The room was small with a very poor shower with very little water pressure down to a dribble and minimal facilities otherwise in the room. We were kept awake by a party in the pub until 1.30am . Breakfast wasn’t until 9am which is unusual and disappointing for a hotel and was later than we wanted to be leaving so we left before having breakfast. The staff did not seem to be interested in accommodating us from arrival. Poor value for money .

Lack of facilities, 1 towel, 1 cup, no toilet roll, out dated rooms, uncomfortable beds. Incompetent staff. No choice at breakfast, just full English. Just had a cup of tea, teabag left in, and it was stewed with toast and jam, which was cold and a bit soggy on the edges. Service was terrible

Staff and locals were all very friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left; good value for money and a great night in the bar - What a cracking atmosphere! The pub owned Indian restaurant next door (MasalaTwist) was outstanding. All in all a great place to stay - definitely going back!!

Room was not clean sweet paper’s behind single bed. Not told about music evening until we got there. Lock on the door was broken the door had to be slammed to shut it. Staff not very visible will not be returning!!!

Didn’t tell us on arrival when breakfast was being served in the morning,didn’t give us the Wi-Fi code on arrival,got no welcome at all just took the payment and gave us are room key.had to ask in the end for answers to breakfast and Wi-Fi,told breakfast would be at 9.00 am ,given Wi-Fi code but no domain name could be found so no Wi-Fi.next morning dining room was locked guy came and said breakfast was at a cafe in the village which we had to find.when we got to the cafe they said they had some kind of note left for them but wasn’t sure what was going on.did get breakfast in the end.all in all not happy with the white horse inn would not recommend it to anyone,very surprised it’s on your web site.

Facilities were very basic, with lots of stairs to climb. Very confusing breakfast arrangements. Not value for money comparing facilities with neighbouring accommodation. Premium price for being in centre of town with parking.

The White Horse offers an excellent opportunity to improve. The location and car parking were excellent.

The bar was closed due to refurbishment. We were told that breakfast would be available in the morning at 9am but when we went down all was locked up and there was no one there at 9am, 9.15 & 10am. The rooms could do with a refurb. There was no extra sockets for charging phones etc. there was supposed to be Wi-Fi but no code was provided. The towels provided were old and threadbare.

See above. Maybe when renovation finished breakfast will be improved. Also being asked for payment on first morning and having breakfast while they were painting, not pleasant smell!

The hotel was being renovated and so only the bedrooms were not affected by builders. We were served breakfast cereal fruit and 2 fried eggs on white toast. We had to find cutlery napkins etc ourselves from a shelf. No marmalade, no other breakfast choices.we were expecting some kind of discount as it was not normal bed and breakfast but no. It was all very disappointing.see
