We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe loved chroma we love to see so I did the shops but the hotel was just absolutely rubbish and disgraceful service was rubbish I really could do with having my money back did you meet stations of the property now did you did you think was would you write the room size but the new rooms I was low carried our satisfactory not very clean it wasn't it how comfortable the beds average how was the light in your room average house factory question how was the light in the room

United KingdomRoom was not clean sweet paper’s behind single bed. Not told about music evening until we got there. Lock on the door was broken the door had to be slammed to shut it. Staff not very visible will not be returning!!!

United KingdomDidn’t tell us on arrival when breakfast was being served in the morning,didn’t give us the Wi-Fi code on arrival,got no welcome at all just took the payment and gave us are room key.had to ask in the end for answers to breakfast and Wi-Fi,told breakfast would be at 9.00 am ,given Wi-Fi code but no domain name could be found so no Wi-Fi.next morning dining room was locked guy came and said breakfast was at a cafe in the village which we had to find.when we got to the cafe they said they had some kind of note left for them but wasn’t sure what was going on.did get breakfast in the end.all in all not happy with the white horse inn would not recommend it to anyone,very surprised it’s on your web site.

The White Horse offers an excellent opportunity to improve. The location and car parking were excellent.

We were told that breakfast would be available in the morning at 9am but when we went down all was locked up and there was no one there at 9am, 9.15 & 10am. The rooms could do with a refurb. There was no extra sockets for charging phones etc. there was supposed to be Wi-Fi but no code was provided. The towels provided were old and threadbare.

The hotel was being renovated and so only the bedrooms were not affected by builders. We were served breakfast cereal fruit and 2 fried eggs on white toast. We had to find cutlery napkins etc ourselves from a shelf. No marmalade, no other breakfast choices.we were expecting some kind of discount as it was not normal bed and breakfast but no. It was all very disappointing.see

United KingdomHonestly not a lot at all, the only issue I had was the room was quite hot though I suspect it was just because it was above the kitchen.
The staff where extremely friendly and were happy to help with any queries, food was delicious and perfect for what I needed. I couldn't have asked for anything more or anything better! The location is excellent, perfect for the train and the beach and there's a super market very close too if any additional supplies are needed.
