Door to fire escape in our room the door didnt lock or close, dangerous with kids and very unsafe, bedding looked slept in pillows smelt, couple opposite fought and screamed and swore nearly all night and the next day, the owner was informed and chose to ignore it, the couple next to them moved rooms but nothing was done about them. Breakfast was nice but waitress kept forgetting stuff and just stood talking to people on another table for an hour!

Waited 50 minutes in the dining room for breakfast eventually we had to get up and leave without breakfast as we had a tee time, we were offered no apology and only a £5 refund so we wasted nearly an hour of our Saturday morning to NOT get breakfast meaning we didn't even have time to get breakfast elsewhere, the door to the fire escape in our room also could not fully close, it was left ajar all night allowing outside noise and cold in this is also very dangerous, when I approached the owner about these issued her attitude was to shrug her shoulders.

Breakfast was nice when it eventually came waited nearly an hour for it. Room was ok, tidy, nothing special. bathroom needs some work big cigarette burn in the bath but I suppose for you get what you pay for. Just expected it to be a little better for £80 a night

Bathroom wasn't great. Bath screen didn't open, shower wouldn't regulate and cold tap on bath broken and the top comes off. Area around bath and toilet floor badly stained and needs new seals. Needs more shelf room in bathroom . Bathroom toiletries only enough for one person Parking a big issue. And a lot of stairs to the room.

Rhianna was wonderful. Very friendly,hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. She dealt with some very rude and difficult guests so professionally and politely. Can't praise her enough Complimentary bottle of wine which is nice touch but two of us stayed and only one small bottle and glass

There was no fridge and at breakfast we experienced some frustration (the food was nice though!). We got a present to rectify this, so I didn’t take a star off for it. Parking was quite hard, but not impossible… we could’ve had more electric sockets, but there was enough of them to charge the essentials.

Kiki, the receptionist was an absolute star and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was only supposed to stay til 7 pm, but she waited for us until hours later. There was lovely vintage furniture in the room and it was indeed near the sea. We got a body wash, shampoo and some hot drinks, including Galaxy hot chocolate if I remember well! Obviously towels were provided too and there was a hairdryer in one of the drawers.

We were on the fourth floor, the room was very dated. Old windows didn’t close properly, you hear everything that is going outside, whether windows opened or closed no difference. Shower was never hot, just warm but not comfortable temperature. And there were two of us but only one shampoo and one shower gel which was not enough

No hot water water at 5pm, appreciate it is a busy time of day but a 4 star hotel should have hot water regardless of time of day. Also the extractor in the bathroom looked like it may fall off at any time. Room was dated including a the coffee table that was just made of chipboard .

Only problem with Llandudno is car parking, but that's every hotel in the area. I had to park near the tram station, but Llandudno is a very safe place to be in.

We had a really spectacular view from our large bay windows of the sea and the town too. The sunrise in the morning was great. Breakfast was good and served by an absolutely wonderful lady who was so friendly, welcoming and chatty. A real pleasure she was. The location was perfect, right in the town with the Promenade across the road and all the pubs, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We particularly loved the huge bay window in room 5 as we could see everything outside and watch the world go by. Really comfortable bed with a good shower. We also enjoyed chatting to the other guests at breakfast. The place had a lovely, homely feel about it. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very delicious we got Full English breakfast with was super nice. We have got 2 sepered rooms two of them with bathroom, while we paid for 1 family room. It was a very nice surprise, the kids slept in one room and we in the other room. We actually felt like in a small apartment! Very nice for that good price! Staff really nice, everything about the hotel and the place was perfect. The place beautiful, stunning plenty of restaurants and shops around, beautiful beach and views. Highly recommended

There was a bright green fire exit light illuminating the room for the whole of the night. There was a loft hatch which was slightly open over the top of the shower cubicle. The main door to the street was left on the latch during the day.
