You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt was alittle dated… bathrooms especially! Ceilings in the rooms need doing .. and the Sash windows had no double glazing so it was chilly, they rattled and obviously was not sound proof so you could hear traffic and the rowdy people coming from the pub across the road.
Location was good for what we wanted to do. Breakfast was great Cereals, Fruit & Full English was offered and at a very reasonable price.

United KingdomWe had rooms at the back of the hotel (no view, but that was what we booked - so fine). There was some noise late at night from neighbouring restaurants dumping bottles in their bins and staff talking loudly. On the Friday night there was a lot of noise from drunks walking home along the alley way behind the hotel (Saturday night was much quieter, Sunday night no issues at all).
The hotel has a great location, just a little back from the seafront. The rooms while dated, were clean (towels replaced daily). The breakfasts were excellent, the full English being amongst the best I have ever had. They were well cooked, generous, and served on a piping hot plate. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Tea, coffee and milk sachets replaced daily in rooms and extra available in lobby. Welcome wine miniatures in room on first night. Friendly owners/staff.

United KingdomOne room key, no spare for family of 4. TV in twin bed room - staff couldn't get it to work. Floor boards as you entered the spare room moved up and down. Asked for Winnie the Poo bedding to be changed for teenage son - unchanged.
Both bathrooms were very clean. The shower / toilet looked new. Clean tidy room with a fridge and large TV in main bedroom. Next to fire escape on top floor Very good breakfast.
