We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHotel decor very tired n dated. Black mould on shower flex. Cobwebs on extractor fan in bathroom and windows in main room . Breakfast finish time too early on Monday 10am would be better.
Breakfast was good ,all hotel staff friendly. .The barman on Sunday was very professional, helpful, attentive and first class service. Grounds were nice. Bed comfortable.

Check in/out was very quick and easy. Staff were professional and house keeping were exceptional in supplying additional tea/coffee etc. Room was very clean, very large, and had a standing floor fan which was more than appreciated!

Great Breakfast offering Rooms were spacious, good desk size for working and bathroom - spotless and plenty of towels/products. Great Tea/Cofee making facilities. The staff on reception were both welcoming and efficient as were the cleaning staff - Great customer service!! I'll be definitely staying with you again in the future and will recommend to colleagues/peers across the industry!

United KingdomIt was a very hot humid night, window opened and fan on all day/night still left room very hot. The room was clean however the carpets needed a more thorough vac.
Communication great before stay and welcomed with a friendly face and helpful staff. From front of house, to housekeeping, restaurant staff all friendly. Room comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast plenty of choice. Lovely tidy grounds, very well kept. Good location to explore the area and quiet with rooms away from road noise.
