For people with mobility considerations the apartment is at the top of the block with a further flight of stairs to the bedroom. I did not know what to do with the keys at the end of the stay and it would be helpful if that last step could be clarified. Normally you put them back in the keysafe but I could not recall the number and the message with that detail had disappeared on the app.

Great location, easy to get everywhere on foot. There is a cinema around the corner and a theatre just a few hundred metres away. Buses excellent if you need them. Restaurants many and varied as were the cafes. The accommodation was good, clean and comfortable with as many recharging points you could wish for your electronic gizmos. Comfortable chairs and beds and pleasing decoration. All kitchen equipment worked! It is a place I would like to return to. We were car free this trip but it appeared that the car parks were many but busy.

The property was beautifully clean and was perfectly situated for our short trip to Canterbury. Everything had been thought of and we loved our stay here. We parked using the Just park app and it was less than a 10 minute walk to our car for an exceptionally reasonable parking rate for overnight. Thanks to the host for all the brilliant and thorough parking information. The property was easy to find. We had come to see a show at the Marlowe theatre which is a 5 minute walk away. We especially loved the balcony and view over the river. The apartment is modern and felt quite newly decorated. Everything had been thought of, would definitely stay again.

The bathroom on the second floor has no curtains and all the water flowed to the floor and the water flow was weak. Not enough storage space or counter space in the bathroom area.

This is a place I'd gladly come to again. It had everything we needed and much more, It was more than well equipped, as it seemed that the owners thought about many extras like a charging station and an extension cord. The place looked new and fresh and clean and cozy and I wished we had another day to stay.

What didn’t I like? Leaving!

Fantastic property, lots of lovely little touches such as charging leads and points. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday or break. Perfect location for strolling around city centre and cathedral. .Weatherspoons directly across the car park and road had a lovely atmosphere and good food if you don’t fancy cooking.

Though the windows are double glazed, the noise from outside can still be heard. There are some pendants on the balcony that, too, could be removed to stop some of the noise when the wind blows. Thank you

Shame the parking in the North Lanes car park (Pound Lane was the same) was so expensive. I expected it having researched costs before staying, but spent £45 over the 2 days in Canterbury for parking.

Great central location. Great to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Cooking facilities were adequate, but not used.

Only decaf instant coffee left out, coffee machine but couldn’t find pods for it. Double bed quite small and not the most comfortable.

Great space and location everything you need and very central good communication and easy to get into. Nice touches with chargers everywhere and Bluetooth speaker. Great single beds and good to have two bathrooms. Nice view and good to have balcony, nice and warm with heaters on.

We loved the apartment so much! We loved the Christmas touches when we walked in. Everything was so clean and tidy. Nice white fluffy towels. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My youngest daughter loved the tent in the upstairs bedroom. 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Brilliant location and car parks very close by. I have no complaints at all.
