The water flow is very weak, so showering is not as pleasant as it should be.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the middle of the centre. The room is big with very nice furniture. Everything is very new and modern.

It was fine but we were woken up on the final day at 6am by a group of travellers storming the corridors so didn’t sleep well and checkout at 10:30 was a little intense for us as we had a massive travel back.

Really clean and tidy and felt like our own little home for a short stay, even though we didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring our first visit to Bath.

No aircon

Excellent location, very clean, easy to check in and staff quite responsive. Would have given it a 10 if it had an aircon, instead very loud fans were available.

A bit noisy at night because of being so central, therefore a bit too hot at night because we couldn't open the windows.

The apartment I stayed in was so nice! It was spacious, clean, and modern. The facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The windows looked out over a cute town square where I was able to hear live music with the windows open. Please note that there are no elevators, so you’ll need to take your luggage up the stairs. You could hear people in the hallway a good amount if they were being loud, but street noise was minimal with the windows closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in. Overall, the location was close to the train station and downtown, the design was cozy and modern, and the room itself was spacious and clean.

There were no shelving racks in the oven, and there were no oven dishes. The tv could have done with access to apps like Netflix as the screen sharing was very unstable. There is some noise from the street, but it was not unbearable.

We loved that we had the facilities to cook our own food. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There was lots of space to chill out and relax, and it felt more private than a hotel room.

One of the best locations in Bath. Incredible sights and restaurants were everywhere. There are two markets with everything you need. A fresh produce stand with delicious fresh fruit and veggies comes the days a week. The Roman Baths and the Bathminster are a block away, and the Jane Austen Center is three blocks. The Royal Theatre is a half a block. The Royal Crescent is a ten minute walk. In the heart of everything!

This isn’t an issue, but be aware that there is no lobby. It’s self check in at the front. However the main office is minutes away if you have any questions/ concerns.

Check in was quick and easy, our host checked in with us via telephone to make sure we had everything we needed. The flat was very clean and well maintained. Everything was clearly labelled for use. The apartment is very central, we were never more than a few minutes walk back to the flat. Wonderful stay
