Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful, amazing spec and everything looks brand new. The staff were fantastic so helpful. Great location for walking straight into Canterbury.

AustraliaIt's just a suggestion....we felt the bed was a bit small, there is space for a larger one, however, if the size of the bed didn't change we'd still stay there again.
A beautifully furnished and comfortable flat in a quiet area too. We loved the off street parking and especially the location, could easily walk into town. The welcome hamper of bread & wine & much more was appreciated. Emma from The Escape Team was a great communicator and overall you could tell this is a professional business that provides a professional service, well done. We shall definitely stay there again.

5 minutes walk to Canterbury - 10 if you walk a bit slower. Studio was spotlessly clean. Nice little welcome package waiting for us on arrival of milk, tea, bread and a bottle of wine. Bed very comfortable. Lovely shower room.

Even though it’s listed as a studio, the property was very spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped for most of my needs during my stay. Its in the perfect location!

Spotless, modern, comfortable, great location and spacious. Good logbook with instructions and even in the really hot weather the flat did not get too hot. No noise from other apartments.
