Not a lot not to like, we had a great time. It is self catering and there are a few basic essentials to get you going e.g. coffee sachets, dishwasher tablet, toilet roll etc. Next time I would bring salt and pepper though! I did message a couple of times the hosts through booking.com a question about the local area but did not get a response.

Excellent value for money. Really nice spacious 2 bed apartment. We were on the fourth floor of the second block; really glad as we had the apartment as it was a really nice view out to the sea. Great location, with just short walk down to the seafront. We took our two children who loved it and our dog with us, both the accommodation and area was dog friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Some of the other units in the complex are not completed and in a state of abandonment. Furniture in the apartment is cheap and rickety and needs replacing.

Would have liked an earlier check in 4pm is a little late. Unfortunately, just guessing the previous occupier had put dirty crockery and cutlery back in cupboard and drawer, not nice to have to do washing up when you arrive somewhere also bird droppings all over balcony.

Wasn’t expecting too much after reading reviews, but was already familiar with the building we knew about derelict sight behind us, the apartment had all the basic things we needed and the view of sea excellent. The guy tasked with cleaning up bird droppings on walkway did a great job. Both the tvs were good lots of choice.

The exterior pod the apartment seriously lets it down. The sea air has clearly damaged anything of metal including all the door frames and letterbox. The terrace is equally damaged but should have been cleaned and flaking paint etc removed. There is also some sort of air in the water system causing an awful noise when taps turned on

Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The 2 frying pans supplied were badly burnt and unusable. I did send message about this on booking.com but had no response. I thought the flat was accessible but there was no walk in shower, the shower was over the bath which was difficult for me. The work surfaces and hob in the kitchen looked like someone had sprayed cleaner and not rinsed it off. The area is still being developed so it doesn't look very pretty but there were no workmen on site so no building noise.

Beds were comfy. Apartment was warm and reasonably clean. Welcome pack was very handy and parking very easy as next to front door. OK for the 3 nights we stayed. The management were helpful in arranging a ground floor flat as I have mobility difficulties.

The oven didn't work! (The fan and the grill worked but the cooker element did not heat up.) One of the down lighters in the kitchen wasn't working. The bathroom fan could do with a clean to remove the fluff and the sill leading out to the balcony from the lounge would benefit from a wipe! I would have liked the dishwasher to have been turned off and emptied before we arrived so that we weren't faced with an unclean frying pan (which needed to be scrubbed) and a cracked wine glass! However, these are only minor things that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Thank you.

For the price, we were expecting basic accommodation. However, the apartment was a lot larger than expected with a balcony and sea view! It was great to have parking so that we could leave the car and walk for the whole weekend. The location was perfect for easy access to the South West Coast path.

Building was very tired bags rubbish in the lift view from front of apartment was very disappointing deralic apartment block witch needs knocking down inside apartment paint flaking off dirty windows bathroom sink feels to far away back ache from beds and sofa would stay again with a different view

Unfortunately around the site is unfinished accomodation which doesn’t make it an attractive outlook .

The property inside was spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and handy for the sea front and town .
