The pre-arrival info feels a little negative in terms of having to respond twice that you’ll meet the house rules. However - not everyone is a great guest and perhaps they’ve had a bad experience. The only thing missing was a pair of luxury dressing gowns but we’ll remember ours for next time and for the price we wouldn’t really have expected to have them there.

Exceptionally clean and well thought out luxury finishes. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept which rarely happens on a first night away. The apartment is spacious and well placed to access the centre of town. We would definitely stay again and the communication overall was very good. The owners /hosts clearly care a lot about the property and rightly so.

TV in bedroom would have been nice but that's just our personal taste, not for everyone.

Lovely apartment over two floors. Excellent kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Lovely touches such as beer, wine, coke, crisps on arrival.

The only issue we had was that the apartment was so hot! I couldn’t open the bedroom window so couldn’t get any fresh air.

The apartment was very well furnished and well kept with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The location was ideal for exploring Cheltenham, central and close to a variety of nice bars and restaurants. On Arrival Barbara and Keri had left us some lovely welcome snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Cheltenham.

Super stylish apartment, exceeded our expectations. Loved the little touches; treats on arrival, toiletries, soft linen, fluffy towels! Perfect host, very responsive. Checking in and checking out instructions really clear. So handy to have a parking space. Location is ideal, walking distance to the town. Loved every minute! Will definitely return.
