Nothing! There is no communal dining room but that is my preference as a solo traveller and there is the option to have breakfast served in your room.

My room at Wenden guest house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and a supply of glasses, plates and cutlery which was useful when buying my own food. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. Cilla was very responsive and accommodating. The location is really central in Newquay, within easy walking distance of the train station, bus station and beaches.

Absolutely loved my stay at Wenden Guest House. The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. With the great central location you are in walking distance to beaches and the town. Cilla was the most kind and helpful host. I can recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great time.

We loved our stay at Wenden guest house. It was comfortable and our room was spacious. Cilla was an amazing host and always so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendon Guest House the room was exceptional, decorated really nicely, very spacious, Cilla had thought of everything we loved that it had a mini fridge and a table and chairs, the bathroom was spacious too, nothing was too much trouble for Cilla as we did ask her to do a couple of extra things for us, our room was cleaned every day, we would definitely go back there again 😊

Pillows were alittle hard for our taste but may suit other peoples preferences.

The lady who owned the house was lovely and would go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable offering advise etc. Our room was much larger than expected and done up to a high standard.

Going home!

Quality of the accommodation was excellent, we had a fantastic sleep , the mattress was very good quality . The area was beside everything, yet very quiet & peaceful ..The lady Cilla had everything covered ,from spare umbrellas to sunhats ! Loved our stay ,we will be back !

Great location for us very central. Didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled lovely. Room and accommodation was fresh, clean and bright.had everything we needed Cilla was really warm and friendly would love to stay again. It always smelled lovely when you entered the guests house and went upstairs.

The hotel and staff was brilliant. Lots of lovely extra touches such as sun cream and aloe Vera in reception, Room ready to check in upon arrival and in a great location.

Couldn’t leave the luggage after checking out but that’s our problem as we didn’t ask before hand. I would say this is the only advantage of staying in a hotel instead of a guest house.
