Absolutely no idea why the person who was there refused to acknowledge that we had booked in spite of the overwhelming evidence & was refusing us entry until I regrettably had to get a bit aggressive. The guys who turned up after were lovely & apologetic but a bit of communication would have prevented the situation.

Excellent location for our purposes & a really good apartment for a longer stay than one night. Genuinely would book this in so many places we have stayed before if it was an option.

I wanted to be close to the station as I was arriving pretty late but still felt a bit unsure walking to find the place on my own after dark.

Host couldn’t have been more helpful. I texted at 11.15 at night when I clocked I had forgotten my hairdryer and he went out to tescos to buy me one that night! It was a clean and comfortable studio appt. The fan was great on a hot June night. And wifi worked really well.

It’s not acceptable that we paid £115 for one single night to come into the house with dirty cutlery, dirty sink, no handle on the toilet, towel rack a hazard as it fell off, other utensils missing for example no spoons, faulty front door when trying to lock and unlock, no central heating just a small heater upstairs therefore not heating downstairs area and only just about heated the upstairs room. This is me formally asking for 40-50% refund on our booking as it was not up to the standard as expected online. I hope this brings you to make some changes. Do not know where this world is heading to with gread, & our eager to make as much easy money as possible. As many other guests complaind about the rude behaviour of manager, we have been told off very rudely when asked to compensate us for not hot water, no blinds on windows on the ceiling. So it was like mid day at 3 o clock in the morning because of British summer, and manager says no one else complained about it before. God please help us !

Turned up to the property to loud music and cars outside which occurred every evening. Strong smell of cannabis in the building throughout the stay and no working TV and wifi throughout the stay which was not communicated prior to arriving
