You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast was disappointing . The hot items had been depleted and not replenished in time leaving only beans and tomatoes . The pastries and croissants , fruit and yogurt also depleted and not refilled , leaving only toast . We had to ask for cups and spoons .
The hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfy . The room was quiet and we had a good sleep . I liked that we could use the ample pool and spa prior to check in .

United KingdomThought it was very basic for the price. Utilised the bar late on but the barman was not welcoming and gave us a brand of gin different to what we’d asked. Seemingly there was no option to him, but the requested brand was on display. Made to feel like we were a an inconvenience!!
