Lounge/bar area was a bit smokey as the fire was smouldering so couldn't sit in there for long. However this did not effect my overall enjoyment of an amazing place.

Honesty bar with a good selection of drinks. Friendly owners, their dog was also lovely. Great river walk, walled gardens and areas for peace and quite. I slept well and woke to an amazing view, had I brought my fishing gear or had longer I'd have like to fish the stretch of river at the hall. Food was super, fine dining but sensibly priced. Overall it felt more like being in part of someones home and the staff where very accomoddating.

Warwick Hall exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very welcoming. The room was amazing, the bed large and comfortable and the bathroom huge with a great shower, We had drinks by the fire before dinner and then dinner on site. The food was outstanding. Breakfast was also great. One of the highlights was the walk by the river Eden. The daffodils and the green fields by the river made for a beautiful taste of the English countryside. We would not hesitate to book again.

We took our dog, it was wonderful to walk out of the front door and be quickly on the river path for a morning/evening stroll. Rhubarb was a charming host. Breakfast was lovely. Everyone was friendly. Love it.

Gorgeous country house in idyllic location. The approach of the owners is to treat guests like visiting friends, sharing evenings around the drawing room fire. We were greeted by the family dog and immediately upgraded to a suite on arrival. The food and staff were both wonderful.

It was well located as a stopover or for a few days stay in the region - spotless clean - excellent beds and facilities- very good breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before and will return.

We stayed here 9 years ago new years eve, Val the owner is very accommodating it was lovely to see her again. We booked 2 nights this year and very last minute for new years eve and the room was perfect , beautiful view of the river , bed was very comfy, walk in shower, bath with a view! The food was delicious, the chef even came out a couple of times to check the guests were happy, very friendly waiters , first class service.

The weather was wild & that affected the WiFi, but the grounds & views more than made up for that.

The Staff & owner went beyond the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. Due to heavy traffic we arrived late but were contacted by the owner and read the menu. Upon arrival the chef had prepared our order and we received a very welcome & needed meal. Which was just delicious too, the steak pie is amazing! Very Pet friendly & will almost definitely stay again for our next visit to family.

There was an honesty bar and the drinks bill the next day worked out a little expensive, but think everyone had a great time. Other than that no complaints.

Very accommodating, food was excellent, beds very comfortable. We were a party of 14 so we sort of took over and had a bit of a party, it was great! We took a friend who did a bit of a DJ session on his decks and he was rocking some amazing tunes for us all! Owners just let us get on with it, they were great.

We thought it was a bit haphazard- when we arrived we sat in the foyer for 25 minutes before someone came, despite our ringing the bell and ringing their phone number. We were about to leave and find somewhere else to stay when someone did walk in from the garden.

The setting was very attractive. The one dinner we had was very good. The room was comfortable.
