Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRoom 414 needs attention in relation to the constant noise ( something akin to running water) which affected our sleep.We think the noise comes from outside the room from maybe a compressor or similar but the cause certainly needs attention.

A clean and large room. I had asked for easy access because we have mobility issues and these were addressed. The staff at the desk were helpful and very friendly and a good 'first face' of the hotel.

United KingdomWhen we checked in we were given a room key and told a room number; my wife and I both heard the same number. When we got to the room we could hear music coming from it, so we checked the number on the room card and it was different. We then went to the room number written on the card and the key opened the door. We then noticed, however, that name on the room card was not ours, so I returned to reception to check. It turned out that we'd been given the wrong key and that the people who had booked the room were just checking in. We were then given the key to our correct room, but the whole episode caused us some upset. My wife felt very embarrassed because the people arrived at the door before I had time to return with the correct key so we could move our luggage out. Fortunately we had not touched anything in the incorrect room.

Completely fabulous location. We had a big room with stunning views across the Bristol Channel. All of the staff were lovely, kind and so helpful.

United KingdomAte in the bar on Friday evening .. ordered a main course of mussels £17.00 when arrived I questioned if they had made a mistake and given a starter portion.. the restaurant manager came stomping over and said “it’s a main course!and how do I know that? Chef counts them out !” I was taken back to have only 35 tiny shells ..when speaking to the hotel manager about this the next day ..she said “it’s how it comes in the bag “ but would talk to the chef 🤣

The room was very comfortable and had a great view over the sea to Cardiff. Food in the restraunt was wonderful and reasonably priced. Staff and service was top class. I came specially to see the Clevedon Pier and this was walking distance. There was a bus that stopped very close to the hotel that went into Bristol so very convenient and only just over an hour.

United KingdomI should have been told that weddings were being catered for. This impacted my ability to park my vehicle, and the Saturday I was unable and unwilling to have a meal in the small bar as it was full of wedding guests, I did not get to the hotel on Saturday until 8pm after a full days work, so ended up with a pie from local store (Buffet bar was full and very noisey, despite being told the main restaurant would be closed, the smaller restaurant was also unsuasible in my view.
Quiet room, to the rear of the hotel facing the Bristol Channel. Two weddings were in force on the Friday and Saturday I stayed,.

Staff were all super friendly. Location was really pleasant. We went down for a wedding as as we were early we were allowed to get changed at the hotel and leave our bags to be put in the room once ready.
