We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomProviding salt and pepper would be a nice extra. The lighting needs some work, a few lamps didn’t work and no light bulb in the hallway.
Fully equipped and spacious. The hosts rang a couple of times to check in and make sure everything was okay, really good customer service.

United KingdomOnly a few very small niggles for us. The first was that there was no catch on the main bedroom door, meaning that it knocked a bit in the breeze (easily sorted by wedging it fully shut with a heavy bag). The second was the refrigerator that had seen better days – the seal was a bit dodgy and it was quite noisy. The final thing was that the heating seemed to be set to come on full blast and we could not figure out how to turn it down or off. So windows were thrown open which did cool the place down nicely, but led to the banging bedroom door.
The whole place was much more spacious than expected and was generally well equiped. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't have much need of the kitchen, but it had more than enough for us.

United StatesYou couldn’t keep the doors open in the bedroom. You had to keep propping them open. The mirrors in the bathroom were small and mounted far too high. The wash machine took about five hours to do a wash. The area outside was like a rundown construction zone, which needs a huge facelift.
