This was our third stay at the Hotel Brooklyn, everything is fabulous. Staff are great, the bar area is welcoming and the range of drinks so extensive. Great location and the rooms are so clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit poor, it would be appreciated if they have more healthy options. There were a few hairs in the toilet, probably just from the cleaning staff, everything else was impeccable.

Friendly staff, great location, spacious and quiet rooms, complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.

Just a tiny detail only one large towel in the bathroom, 2 guests, 1 towel.

Unique style of decor, delightful room, bed so comfortable, staff polite, helpful, smart dress code, all in all a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel, thank you, Hotel Brooklyn.

At breakfast could be more options for fruit, cereal and healthier things. Warm breakfast was more elaborate. But overall great breakfast and service.

Don’t leave laundry trolleys in the corridors all day because wheelchairs and pushchairs etc need to pass and the corridors are not very wide

i’m a hoist user and this is the only hotel with a hoist but it is an absolutely amazing hotel: I stayed a few years ago with my mum and there were some issues that I notified the hotel of and these issues have gone and I cannot fault the hotel! we had booked the sunday but i decided to go early and the hotel staff managed to arrange this at the last minute . The hotel is as amazing as it looks and especially for a hoist user is very inclusive without looking at all clinical! The shower chair has a’donut’ cover or cover for the hole so you can remove this and put it over the toilet because the hoist doesn’t go into the toilet so you will need to go on the chair in the room if you require a hoist. Such brilliant facilities that I was able to have a lovely shower with the help of my lovely boyfriend. Delicious breakfast and we cannot wait to return !

The location is excellent and the room was quiet even with the surrounding night life. The staff are friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect, comfy bed and I loved the shower, my partner loved the free standing bath. Cleanliness was to a very high standard.
