I found the bed and pillows just a little bit too firm, but that could just be me.

Brilliant location, short walk to the beach, excellent car park and were happy for you to park there if arrive early or want to leave later. Super clean, shower best I’ve had for ages. Just loved the idea of cake and sherry every day at 3pm. Lovely and quiet.

Unable to get a drink in the bar after 8pm

Didn't have breakfast as it was set at £15, and my mother-in-law does not eat a big breakfast. Wouldn't have been value for money. The decor and rooms were very good. Just a shame the bar was not open after 8pm

Bathroom was basic with a shower over the bath. Booked a superior room but the window overlooked the rear car park where the deliveries were made. Not good. The bar closed at 8pm unless you were already drinking in there, which made it awkward if you'd gone out for a meal and fancied a couple more before retiring for the evening.

Only had the breakfast once it was very good and very friendly staff. Complimentary cake and sherry between 3pm and 5pm was a nice touch. Location was excellent and the car park is a good size.

Minor issue - An extra accessible plug socket under the dressing table would be nice as we needed to unplug the kettle in order to use our hairdrier

Excellent parking facilities and very friendly and welcoming staff at check-in. The room was quite small but spotless and well equipped. Wonderful location with a pleasant walk across an attractive park to reach the beach and Cromer town centre Only had breakfast on the last day before check-out but it was of excellent quality and served with a smile. The free sherry and cake each afternoon in the bar was a very welcome and pleasant extra touch.

Just a little negative is the kettle spout was full of lime scale.just needs a little attention

Not a criticism but would have liked a wall handle to make me feel safer in the shower. We are used to a King size bed so initially the bed felt small but it was comfortable and we got used to it. Text on TV took a while to work out how to remove it.

It felt special, friendly staff, good food, nice room, good bar with free cake and sherry in the afternoon. A lovely stay which we hope to repeat.

Easy walk into Cromer, lovely quiet location. Beautiful garden to sit in...breakfast choices were excellent and food was delicious, all local produce used. Clean accommodation, everything you need.

Really great place to stay. Everything is really nice and there was even complimentary sherry and cake. Really close to the town, which is a fairly level 5 minute walk away. Very helpful staff. Nothing was a problem.

Fabulous location close to the town centre. Lovely and clean and the decor is beautiful. Great hosts who have lots of knowledge of the local area and good places to eat and drink...! We will definitely be returning.
