The ventilation system in actual room 316 didn’t work where bed was so I was warmer than I would’ve wanted. The system was on highest at 3 and at 17 degrees, but room was more like 30. I’m sure it just needs a tweak, I didn’t mention because I didn’t wish for them to deal with whilst I was there. The restaurant was closed as there was a function on, but I would liked to have dined in there to see the roof top.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked it didn’t feel like a hotel chain-homelessness Room service is 15 mins from order!! Excellent Reception team excellent. Porter was very impressive, showed me how equipment worked and very helpful the whole time.

Convenient location in the City of London Efficient check in and check out, small but thoughtfully appointed and comfortable room. Quiet despite various functions at the hotel.

although room was comfortable, it was a bit narrow. difficult with traffic to get to by taxi as on the very east side of the city. Just use the train/tube

very good breakfast, delicious chai latte. front desk extremely helpful in getting us a private driver to go out to bombay distillery, tube station just one block away, very convenient. everything in mini bar complimentary and was replenished

For the dimension or the room I think 5 stars are too much. They don’t have a congierce to help with the luggages bringing them in the room. My daughter has solied the sheets but they ain’t changed.

The suite was fantastic. From entering the premises it was already mind blowing at how clean and aesthetically pleasing the place was. The staff if you asked them to jump, would have asked how high bless them. I've stayed in a few suites in London and this by far tops the list and will happily go back numerous times over to Vintry

Only negative was, we ordered room service breakfast on our last morning and asked for no avocado on the vegetarian hot breakfast but despite it being acknowledged it still came with it right in the middle of the plate. And then after we checked out they had charged us more for the breakfast than the advertised price.

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Air Con worked really well. Room was so quiet, down a very quiet road but right in the heart of the city. The smell in reception was gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vintry & Mercer Hotel in London, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in the heart of London and just a short walk from iconic landmarks like St. Paul's Cathedral and the South Bank. Whether you're in the city for business or leisure, you'll find yourself in the ideal spot to explore everything London has to offer. The design of the hotel is simply gorgeous, with a blend of contemporary elegance and classic charm that makes for a truly luxurious stay. The rooms are impeccably designed, offering comfort and style in equal measure, with every amenity you could need thoughtfully provided. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop restaurant. Not only does it offer superb food, but the view is absolutely spectacular, providing a stunning panorama of the city. The service here is top-notch, with the servers being wonderfully attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. I would also like to give a special mention to Lorend, the porter. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness really stood out during my stay. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, Lorend was quick to assist, making me feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on hand to tip him, but I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable asset he is to their team. Overall, my stay at the Vintry & Mercer Hotel was truly memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, well-located hotel in London with outstanding service and amenities. I can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and the rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional. We also enjoyed the superb breakfast.
