Having to leave!

The hotel is only 1 minute walk to Mansion House tube and 5mins to St Paul's (both tube and Cathedral). The hotel was lovely, location was central and the staff were very attentive. The room was fabulous (I got upgraded, which was a wonderful surprise). It was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Housekeeping was wonderful! We just wish there was a clear sign we could put on our door indicating that our room didn't need to be tidied up that day.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful! My husband and I had just left another hotel after having had a bad experience and we arrived at Vintry and Mercer around midnight. Walking in the hotel is charming and full of character, smells great and Justin who checked us in was amazing! He went above and beyond and we were so happy once we made it to our room. The room has everything you could need and more! There are robes and slippers, you can dim the room lights from your bedside. The tube station being just down the street was also very convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast, which is served in the onsite restaurant was overpriced, and the full English didn't appear to have been freshly cooked. Only the full English came with tea/coffee

Excellent location. It was very convenient to the tube, yet the location on a quiet street meant there was absolutely no street noise. Our room was wonderful- we were upgraded which we very much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had lots of character. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming.

Great communication ahead of our trip and the check-out was really fast. We arrived earlier than anticipated nonetheless we were provided a room. Room had all the amenities and it was very quiet, great night sleep! Great breakfast!

I do feel it should not be necessary to change a bar service charge for guests staying in a hotel . I'm not sure if it is common practice

Rooms were gorgeous but could have done with a touch more natural light as ours was quite dark based on the location of the room and window however room size was huge (we had an executive double)

Rooms are well thought out, great decor all round, great facilities. Roof terrace has lovely views Rooms had lots of little extra touches which made it special

We went for my partner's bday and let them know it is his bday and we did not receive any little bday gift such as a little cake or something in the room as we would have expected especially from a high end hotel. But nevertheless the food in the restaurant was very good and staff very nice and friendly.

Very clean and nice hotel, close to tube and lots of bars and restaurants, close to St Paul's and Sky Garden, service very good, especially the restaurant staff.
