I didn’t like the fact that the staff expected me to clean up my daughter’s sick. She had been sick at breakfast and I was trying to comfort her and the staff just came over brought blue role and left expecting us to clean it.

The room was of a good size and comfortable, however, it needs some cosmetic work in the form of decoration. It could do with electrical and/or USB sockets next to the bed.

The staff at breakfast serving on the 17th were really quite rude. Accidentally spilled milk and told the young girl and apologised who looked at me like I’d committed a crime! Waited ages to be seated, even though we were looked at multiple times until a helpful man on reception took us in. Wasn’t told where to get things, this was our first visit so had to figure it out ourselves. There was only one towel in the room when we got there so had to ask for more at reception who did give us more. Checking in was tricky, it was quite late and the young man on reception didn’t seem overly interested. Had to ask what room number as wasn’t told and had to ask for a key card for the room as this was not offered. The chat facility that you can supposedly scan was not effective. No one replied. And like everyone has said, the walk to the room took almost 5 minutes and it is a bit of a maze. Noisy extractor fan in bathroom that didn’t stop and room was cold as the little heater was not working correctly.

Room was really spacious, the facilities were great. It was clean. Close to where I needed to be. The spa facilities were great and some reception staff were fab (with the exception of the ones detailed below). Well signposted in the long long corridors. Good selection at breakfast.

The range of cereal was fairly basic and I would have liked more options fresh fruit, yogurts and granola. I also ordered a boiled egg which took a long time to be served and I had to double check that it hadn't been forgotten. Overall the service was good.

The breakfast was fairly good with a small selection of boxed cereal options, croissants and a buffet option.

Only when in got to the dining room was I told that I did not pay for breakfast 😏 I thought as usual it’s bed and breakfast- all inclusive. It was not clear when I booked. How many times do I book a hotel to know these things. The lady on Saturday morning was not helpful. I would not have an attitude if it were me, I would sympathise as I explain

The room was so far out. It was like a maze. We had gym pass double room. The bed was too high. Two beds (twin) put together with another mattress on top which looked like a double bed. There was one office type chair but no other seating like an arm chair. Breakfast was average.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious and modern. Breakfast was really tasty and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The bar had a good selection of drinks and SkySports. We used the pool, and it was modern and clean. The car park was free as we stayed at the weekend.

We were there for the weekend getaway. The room was very comfortable in every way. Lynn and Stephen were very friendly and extremely helpful. They suggested us places to visit. Breakfast was very nice with some sides like fruits etc. Definitely will be staying there again if we're coming back to Blackpool.

Shower flooded the shower tray and bathroom only to be told that there was nothing the staff could do. Limited other rooms to offer but a first floor room was an option but staff seemed reluctant to switch as we had paid for a club room and seemed reluctant to refund. Towels were provided to mop up the flood but no other assistance offered. Another room was offered to shower in.

Good location and ideal for what we wanted as we had been to the spa during the day. Staff mostly helpful

Booked a double room and they put together two singles, food is expensive for what it is and they charge £5 for parking.

Room decor was tired and shabby in places. Window overlooked the roof of the pool, so no view to speak of. No plug sockets best to the bed for phone chargers. Corridor noisy up until 4am with guests returning from nights out, shouting loudly as they passed the door.

Good breakfast, great pool/gym, comfortable bed, good location.

Thought the price was a lot just because it was a Saturday have stayed before on a Friday and a Sunday and the price was good value for money
