The bed was a little hard and there was no allergy info at breakfast but literally everything else was great.

Hard bed woke up like we slept on slabs!!! Very uncomfortable! My son’s bed was near the door and toilet! This wasn’t okay for him! Check in lady wasn’t very polite. Gym staff very friendly!

We enjoyed the pool. Shame about the time of day it could be used. The beaches were an easy reach with car or a bus outside the hotel.

All the breakfast was cold, some of it wasn’t even warm, so a bit disappointing & there was a lot of noise in the pool & spa area, also the cleaners were talking very loud while cleaning other rooms, so you couldn’t really nap in the morning.

The bed was so big & very comfortable, there was a sort of hard pillow & a soft pillow, so you had a choice of which suits you, the room was very clean & tidy, there was wash, shower & shampoo creams in the bathroom, but unfortunately no conditioner, the shower was lovely, but leaked onto the floor a bit.

Breakfast should have been included in the rate and the price of £40 for a family of 4 on top of the original price of the hotel is a bit much. A member of leisure staff was also unhelpful when asked to assist us with the locker in the changing rooms. However leisure desk reception staff were fantastic, nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the facilities and the pool was fun. The bed was comfy and we liked the hot shower. Overall pretty good ish

We couldn’t take our children swimming Because we had only just missed the kids swim. But we didn’t get told we had limited time when we booked in. As we checked in they said about going swimming but by the time we got down there it was too late. But we went the next day so it was ok.

Bar shut early with no explanation to the staff and many people asking why?

Sunday roast could have been better. Seemed warmed in the microwave as roast potatoes were soggy and not crisp. The service was also very slow having to ask for plates to be cleared and further two times for the desserts already ordered and paid for to be served.

Very noisy the bar and grill attracts a lot of none stayers so noisy when the football is on if your looking for a quiet hotel it is not this one

Everything was good. The staff all friendly and very helpful. The manager is also very friendly and welcoming, my son wanted a hot chocolate, he went out of his way to make some for him which was really nice of it. The pool was amazing and my kids really enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.

The pool was busy due to it being a rainy Saturday afternoon but had two swim lanes barely being used. 1 swim lane would have made more sense to give further room for family swim. The sausages & bacon at breakfast were cold but the rest of the breakfast items were hot so either the meat had been there for some time or that particular hot station wasn’t working properly.

Some patrons in the bar were being funny and noisy, Unfortunately there was a group of gay men who literally made the bar unreasonably uncomfortable. But the staff were understandable and gave us a table away from them.

We only stayed here for the night, and did not take breakfast as we left the hotel very early for our flight back home. The decor of the room was fantastic, we loved it, the room was confortable and clean. The staff were excelent and we got our room immediately we arrived, even though it was before noon. There is nothing to complain about as far as the hotel is concerned.

I had to stay in the hotel because my husband was in the hospital near to the Hotel with a heart attack. The staff at the reception, especially Anthony, encouraged me so warmly and helped me with everything, I can hardly find words to express my gratitude.

The room wasn't the cleanest, the childrens beds were on the floor and it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned as there were toys from previous guests.

The hotel has a lovely pool and great facilities. The location was perfect, but u need a car to get around. There are lots of local places to eat and visit.

Some hair conditioner would have been good If swimming pool had children’s height my 3 years old would have enjoyed to the fullest

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. 1. My child needed some milk and the lady at the reception went above and beyond to get us some warm milk. 2. The young boy who was working as a lifeguard, was very polite and explained to me something that wasn’t very safe to do. 3. The place felt so safe to me that I let my 10 month old crawl around the reception area. Will definitely go back next year.

Easy check in and check out. The staff were all very polite and ready to help at all times, from the front desk to the to the restaurant, the Starbucks and the swimming area this hotel can not be faulted on its hospitality as the staff have impeccable customer service and communication skills. The manager of the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable and ensured that we knew he was on hand to help with anything we may need. We definitely recommend this hotel and will most definitely return and even do a family trip with our two children next time as this hotel is very much a family friendly establishment, once your in your room their is little to no noise disturbances which was absolutely amazing as we did go to take a break.
