Bathroom door is glass and you can see and hear allot. Why on earth this is a good idea, I have no idea.

The room was quite small, no room to open suitcase and leave open for time we stayed. Having to get suitcase on the bed every time you needed change of clothes was not practical. Not having control of a/c was not what I expected. When I asked the front desk, I was told it was set for our comfort.

Breakfast was quite good, many selections . Staff very helpful and courteous.

We didn't have breakfast. We used the on site starbucks. Parking was free at the weekend We were able to obtain soya milk at tge bar to use in our room. The room was clean and spacious

staff didnt really know much about the food in terms of allergies and the replacement options were not great, paying full price for breakfast when the only option was cereal was a bit much.

very clean place, gym was large and has pretty much anything you'd need and pool was nice. very clean and you know what you are getting with these venues I like the standardisation

Alarm going off twice in the evening frightened my granddaughter. Just a piece of paper put under the door during the night explaining why they went off. No fried egg or boiled egg at breakfast .Ran out of Children's drink with kids meal .Service was slow and sloppy unfortunately.

The Bed was so comfy. Enjoyed the pool although small area as private swim and class on .Staff member at gym very nice Gentleman.

The hotel and rooms were excellent for what we required. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom, big tv, kettle and teas/coffee's were great. We checked in late and left fairly early, so for the limited amount of time we were there, the hotel was everything that we needed and would definitely use again. Didn't use the gym or restaurant this time.

The bedroom was a very odd set up, the bathroom door was glass and you could clearly see someone sat on the toilet from the bedroom which impacted any privacy, we stayed for 5 nights and the toilet wasn’t even cleaned, I know this because I emptied orange juice in the toilet because the sink was blocked and the orange was still splashed on the side of the toilet inside rim all week, empty bottles that were stood at the side of the bin were left there but the bin emptied, there was some yellow gunk on the toilet flush handle that had also been there a few days, I don’t think the sink was cleaned either, fire alarm went off one evening and all the occupants gathered in reception as per fire drill but the bar was just full of people drinking looking at us all gone out, no one on reception to ask whether it was a real fire alarm or an accident !

Very relaxed atmosphere throughout, bar area and rooms were very modern, staff friendly and great location

The door to the bathroom should be opaque and not completely clear. I don't know what the interior designer was thinking.
