During our stay we lext early one morning and had shut out door as usual, the door automatically shuts regardless but coming back in the evening we found our door WIDE open. Naturally this came as a shock to me and my partner. My partner went and talked to the staff and they were very helpful. Nothing was stolen but you can imagine our faces when we saw our room public to the whole hotel.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was good looking aside a couple of cleanliness things. A nice neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Shower was low pressure Had to change light plug for kettle which was behind fridge and awkward to get to. Staff didn't turn up til quite late to check out

Location was perfect for me as I was visiting local hospital. Room was small but comfortable with good sized tv. Well equipped with fridge and tea/coffee.

The room had a fan which was helpful but it would need AC in peak summer. Its near a big hospital and can get noisy at night as there was a big delivery truck come there at 2am in the night and it got too noisy - may be we were unlucky and the delivery came on the night we were there...

The location was good close to restaurants and underground.

It was not exactly the same sleeping couch that was in the picture, the ones we got was not very uncomfortable to sleep on. .you feel the ridges under the foam. we asked for extra matress to make it more softer, but they did not have any ekstra, all we got was extra sheets. Not enough space for a family of 5 person The carpet was not clean and asked the staff to clean it day after. They did came but still was not proper cleaned. Unfortunately outside in the street outside of our window there were people hanging around and smoking weed every night and making loud noises.

It was a hot day about 25°C outside but the room was so incredibly hot. Even with the window open and the fan on. The fan was so high up on the wall whilst in bed nobody could feel it. I’ve never been so hot of a night before even abroad. The heat was just so uncomfortable. There was also a horrible drain smell coming from the bathroom. When we intially arrived we left the bathroom door open whilst we left to get food and when we came back the whole room stunk so we realised why and shut the door. Luckily after time it went away

It shows the check-in time is until 23:30 on Book.com, and we checked twice from the customer service of the hotel. They said it was until 23:30. But when we arrived the counter said the check-in time would close at 9:30, and then they charged us.

The windows were not very accessible, which made it hard to ventilate the area. The sofa beds weren't the most comfy but they did the job. The sink faucet + the soap dispenser didn't work super well. However these are all small things.

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. It was very close to the tube. There was a kettle and a mini fridge which was useful. We were all satisfied and it met our needs. Also it looked cute)

We didnt have any breakfast. It would be nice to have a few tubs of UHT milk to make tea. The people above stomped around like they had lead boot on. There was no bedside light.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Actually I cannot rate the staff more highly, ther were excellent. The room was very clean. The location was superb the interior of the hotel was really lovely.

Very friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out process. They have a kettle, iron and hairdryer in the room, and provide tea and biscuits. I kept my bag and room keys at reception on check-out day since I had to leave for a meeting at 6 am and did not when I would be back at the hotel. The staff let me use my room again when I reached the hotel at 10:30 am. The location is not super super safe but I had no issues as a solo female traveller. Overall, good experience.

Poor check in process. Understaffed and overstretched. Nowhere to sit and wait. Was left outside with nowhere to go for 45 minutes which I didn't appreciate as a solo traveller. Made me feel quite vulnerable. Eventually a guest let me in to sit on the floor in the hall where a family was also waiting for someone to check us in. The staff member was very responsive on the phone but kept saying they would be x minutes, but x minutes came and went a few times. Pretty poor start and it would put me off staying here again, especially having already given my check -in time in advance upon request from the hotel. Not 100% convinced of the safety of the electric sockets, seemed a bit poorly fitted, some sockets and extension leads weren't working.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive and polite. Great to have a hairdryer and iron provided. The fan was a very welcome addition. Very light room, spacious.

The shower cubicle was so loose I thought it was going to fall off when using it. The plug sockets were poorly placed and not very secure. The room had just been cleaned yet the bathroom floor was dirty and still full of hair from previous person

The accommodation is close to a metro station, a bus stop, and a shop. London's sights can be reached quickly and easily. The staff is nice. It is possible to leave the packages there before check-in, they will store them free of charge.

Stayed for a week but we only had our room cleaned once so room felt kind of dirty after some time, noticed it wasn't a proper clean i.e. floors were still dirty. Room was quite small so was hard to move around in and the sink was hard to use because it was very small and height was unusual.

Staff were great and location was also great for the price. Booked a few months in advance and booked a double room but unfortunately one of the rooms we got were on the smaller side, not ideal for multiple luggages. Staff working at the time was very helpful and were willing to change our room the next day but unfortunately it was a busy time so unable to change the rooms. Room also came with iron & blow dryer, shampoo, body soap & hand soap which is great.

Carpets need replacing in bedroom and the tar around the step outside is a risk waiting to happen in warm weather. As already noted when we arrived.

The room with a balcony was fab as we r smokers, the place is lovely and quiet. Good comfy beds, nice and pleasant stay, the young lad who dealt with us was great.
