Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in, in the UK. Staff were a complete highlight, along with the incredible food in the restaurant. Rooms were incredibly well thought out, cosy and had the loveliest pillows.

Can't think of anything. Maybe a bit pricey for a weekend away, but then, the quality made up for it.

Hotel location was great. Very close to the centre but surprisingly quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Staff were lovely - friendly, helpful, easy to get along with. looked like they enjoyed working there. Room was modern, well-equipped, comfortable. we loved it.

I'm nitpicking here, but my only complaint would be a lack of privacy between the two rooms sharing the terrace. But even that didnt really effect us. Maybe just something to think about??

The decor, cleanliness, amenities and location of the hotel were exceptional. Also the staff were so happy and polite. Would highly recommended to anybody who asked. Cant wait to come back!

Loved the shower, and the bed was so comfy. Staff were very friendly, offering little things. For breakfast, I ordered a poached egg and was served fried I said nothing as don't like a fuss, but the waitress who took order came over and wanted to change it for me as noticed I had wrong item. I thought it was lovely, she noticed. Attention to detail goes a long way. I didn't change it as I don't like food wasted but it was lovely she noticed it.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was perfect and clean and had lots of nice touches including biscuits, prosecco and wine glasses. Hotel finished to really high standard and left luxurious. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a fantastic selection.

Nothing really, the breakfast could have been improved on a little I think. The pastries weren’t the freshest and the toasted sourdough wasn’t sufficiently toasted so just tasted a bit dry.

Felt very welcomed on our arrival, the reception team were super helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the interior decor, modern but with a cosy feel. The hotel is immaculately presented throughout. Our room was really quiet and there was some nice touches and attention to detail. Great location, short walk to the main shopping areas, bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant which we could highly recommend, the different small plates were all delicious and the restaurant staff were fantastic also.
