There is nothing I feel that could be improved upon.

Continental breakfast with choices of different cereals, a range of fresh fruit, fruit juices and yoghurts as well as a great selection of hot drinks. There was an additional shared kitchen area to use throughout the stay with microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking next to the property. Enjoyed a lovely meal at 14 Bar & Grill as recommended by Karl. Will definitely make a return visit!

Friendly welcome on arrival and show round of all the facilities. Lots of lovely little touches around the premises. Nice breakfast which we could help ourselves to, which was really handy to be able to depart early in the morning.

Beautiful building. Very tastefullly decorated and furnished. Renovations in keeping with the character of the house. Our room was very clean and bright and the bed was really comfortable. En-suite was a good size too. Really great to have a guest kitchen to enable you to make a hot drink or even microwave a meal if required. The breakfast options were simple but there was a good selection and no limit to servings.

I was not a fan of the stairs, mostly because we had been traveling all over Europe at that point and could barely manage one step more. However, Karl lugged our heavy suitcases up for us and offered to set up an iron for our use. Karl kept in touch with information prior to our stay. However, we missed the instructions about the confusion with the address and navigation to the correct location. He stated he sent the information a few days before, but we missed it in all our travels. My only recommendation would be to indicate in the booking that more specific details about finding the site would be sent later, so we would know to be on the lookout before arriving. These were only minor inconveniences and were due to poor planning on our part. I would not let them dissuade anyone from staying here. The entire house was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Each room had cipher locks and there was an alarm system that offered added security. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

Karl was amazing and super accommodating. He offered so many additional amenities that were above and beyond...snacks and drinks available at all hours. I only wish we had more time to appreciate all of them. We were late arriving and had to leave in the middle of the night as we were just there for the Taylor Swift concert. We had hoped to at least get a nap in before getting back on the road, but ran out of time. Although Karl made it clear we were able to come and go as we pleased.

When we arrived at the property we were met by Karl who gave us a tour, The house is stunning. Very clean, tidy and well thought out, everything you need for a perfect stay. Bed was comfy, shower was great too, breakfast was lovely, again all clean and nicely presented. I know this is a long review but it's well deserved, thank you for a great stay. :-)

Beautiful refurbished property, It felt very relaxed and welcoming. Really liked that it was far enough away from the hectic city to relax but closer enough to walk. Really good bus network.

Karl is a brilliant, friendly host and I really appreciated how accommodating he was around check-in and useful info. as regards getting to and from Liverpool City Centre. Aswell as that, the room and it's facilities were great and it had everything you needed. The breakfast was very good too.

Clean modern great facilities and a welcome that you rarely get at a top hotel. Karl made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had he even directed us to a great local restaurant which was at the top of a block of flat's that had fantastic views over Liverpool and great food.
