The guest house and the rooms are very nice and well maintained and Karl is a really cordial host who is available for all questions and provides useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities There is a guest kitchen that you can use at any time and breakfast is provided by Karl in the beautiful dining room. You get different kinds of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, juice and of course tea or coffee. A healthy start into the day. A bit out of the center, but well accessible by public transport. If you come by car: there are plenty of parking spaces. Many thanks, Karl, for the pleasant stay.

Karl is absolutely lovely, so understanding and considerate and his home is just a really lovely place to stay 🥹 (with amazing facilities)! Nice, quiet environment away from the city if have struggle with loud noises/crowds Value for money is ridiculously good, with a large range of breakfast and drinks - can't fault it at all and would love to come back one day 🥰

Karl was such a lovely, friendly host. Anything we needed, we only had to ask. He was so helpful, suggesting places to eat and drink and giving us directions. Our room was very clean with a lovely, comfy bed and a good-sized en suite bathroom. Continental breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, and fresh fruit were included in the price. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent accommodation to stay whilst your in Liverpool, a credit to the owner on this property very nice indeed, I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay. The owner was very friendly and polite also a top host.

Beautifully restored building, stunning decor throughout and defs not cookie-cutter style - the 3 bedrooms I viewed all had their own individual charm. Host / owner Karl went above and beyond to help me in navigating my way since this was a first-time visit to Liverpool, when the taxi let me down at the last minute, Karl came to the rescue and drove me to the hospital. Looking forward to future visits.

Wonderful room and bathroom in a beautiful house, parking space available in the street next to the house. Very good breakfast with cereals and fresh fruit. Karl is an excellent host and we enjoyed our stay very much. Karl gave us goods tips for the visit to Liverpool. We felt very comfortable. 100% recommendation.
