Location - specifically for us - was far from the end of the WHW, so we took the bus from the entrance to Fort William, but that's no problem at all if you travel by car.

The house is beautiful and spacious, quiet and clean, with attention to detail. Kayleigh is delightful, she received us with a warm welcome and was available for us when needed beyond our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, everything was fresh and properly prepared right on time. I was impressed with how well everything was managed. Well done! Highly recommended

The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Good choices, served on time as requested, beautifully prepared. Kayleigh was lovely & generous with information on request. Our rooms were 5 star, warm & cosy- we wanted for nothing. Our bed was huge and SO comfortable ….. thank you Kayleigh!

The service was exceptional !! Breakfast was great ! I loved that there were small kits for travelers in the room such as a shaving kit. a sewing kit and so on. Overall, It feels like the host was thinking about every small detail to make our stay as best as possible.

The location is a little off the main market but was easy to find, especially if one is traveling in their own car.

Kayleigh welcomed us into the house. What a delight she is. The room was comfortable, coffee was great. When we told our host that we would be checking out very early in the morning, she went the extra mile and packed a full breakfast for us in the fridge and the dining room.

Location was fine, very easy to get to, and only a short trip into town. Easy parking on quiet street. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Clean and light bathroom, with excellent shower. Breakfast was very good.

The curtain rod and curtain fell off the wall, so we didn't have as much privacy but it was fine.

Kayleigh was an amazing host, she made myself and partner feel welcome straight away. Victoria House is beautiful, clean and with breathtaking views. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Farm foods is right behind Victoria house. Shops, restaurants and the starting point to hike Ben Nevis are a short drive away. Parking was great and we felt safe to leave our rental car on the drive. I liked the little touches that were added at reception like drinks, milk and crisps with an honestly box. Dogs are welcome, Kayleigh had the most cutest friendly dog which wasn't any bother at all. Hot tub is great with robes and slippers provided. Myself and partner had a lovely stay at Victoria House and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

The host was warm and welcoming and the space was cozy. The attention to detail ( sleep mask, ear plugs, toiletries) was a thoughtful touch. We also loved her adorable dog sky. Also, having choices for breakfast was great and the food was delicious.
