There was an occasional smell from the drains. It's on the second floor so you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

water didn't drain properly in the shower. no sugar on arrival to make tea and coffee. doors knobs in the living room and in the bedroom came out.

The noise from the stairwell and apartment above - the floorboards were very thin and noisy.

Great location with simple key pad entry & instructions. The decor was pretty and everything we needed for a 2 night stay was available.

The mattresses on both the bed and sofa bed were not especially comfortable.

There were a few things which put a dampener on the experience and made the difference between an excellent stay and a good stay. For the price I’d expect there to be enough toilet roll to cover the 2 nigh stay and when asking if there was anymore we were told it was a self catered apartment and we’d have to buy more. The towels are teeny tiny, one of us is 5ft2 and they didn’t even cover her modesty. Also the bed had 2 pillows each but for the sofa bed there was only 1 pillow, found another in the cupboard but didn’t have a pillow case on it.

Lovely property in a great location, decorated to a lovely standard and had the majority of things we needed for our stay.

An exhaust fan in bathroom and/or some air con or a dehumidifier is much needed. House smelt a bit damp.

A bitte too little space for coats and clothes for 2 adults and 2 kids... a suitcase rack would have helped and a few more hooks for coats and towels. But anyway, we liked it a lot

Unfortunately the upstairs neighbour was extremely noisy continuously banged about sounded like a zoo had been let loose. This disturbed our sleep every night and was even a problem in the day. So we suffered with lack of sleep throughout our time. Also the lights in the communal area were not always working, they wouldn’t stay on long enough to get up and down the stairs. Another small point the shower is very small but it’s passable for a short stay. I would recommend more towels and toilet roll to be provided. We only had a half used toilet roll in the apartment so had to buy a pack which is fine but given the price it’s basics you expect to be provided.

The property location was great. The apartment was clean and presented well.

It was on a busy street. But it was close to many things, that’s the trade off you get for loud cars and people. We came when it was a heat wave, and Died! Why doesn’t bath have AC!? I was a puddle every day and night. We slept with no blankets and all the windows open, was made the noises worse.

It was such a cute, quaint place. Perfect for a couple or small family.

While I was able to get the keys from the lock-box after a call to the contact we had been given, I was somewhat nervous about the appearance of the lock-box code not being changed at all often.

We were very pleased with the location. We walked to most of the places we went to. The apartment was well set up for the three of us.

We were a couple visiting our son at Uni, so we rented this place with the idea in mind that he could stay overnight when needed. The place is nicely set but tight for three people, even though it is advertised for 4. The closet space, even though there’s enough space for it, is almost inexistent. The illumination of the whole flat was so dim that we couldn’t apply make up or shave properly. And it was a very rare week in Bath, as it was sunny the whole time we were there! The kitchen is nicely set. More tableware should be added, as there is barely three of everything and not all in good shape. The dishwasher’s filter was dirty, so we tried running it empty a couple of times to clean it. Didn’t work, so we decided not to use it and do the dishes the traditional way.

Only 2 really minor things but the blind cord was fiddly in bedroom and the boilers a little bit noisy. Nothing that majorly affected our stay!

very clean and lovely furnishings/decor. Door code simple to use & convenient not to have responsibility of a key. a pint of milk in the fridge was much appreciated. good communication. Extremely pleased would stay again:)

Despite being given a parking permit, parking in the area was a nightmare so we had to pay for parking elsewhere. it was very cold when we arrived as heating left off and it took hours to warm up. very small shower. footsteps from flat upstairs quite noisy.

Gets a bit cold in the living room space, but turning the heating on sorts that out. Property is also overlooked by other buildings so you need to close blinds for privacy!

Lovely clean apartment, ample space and well kept. Very close to car park and town centre, everything within walking distance.
