Very nice apartment. Spacious, bright and comfortable for our family of 5. Very close to the train and bus stations, with easy access to London, Windsor, Reading and Legoland. Close to the center of Slough. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I recommend staying.

The location is good for Legoland and Windsor Castle. There is a parking provided and halal area nearby. Good for 2-3 nights stay.

The hot water is not function after midnight, so we can't take a shower after midnight. 😅

The apartment is really lovely & clean. The staff was really helpful & friendly.

On arrival the key to my appartment was not in the lock box and a van was parked in my allocated space. I phoned the out of hours number and no one answered, I left a message and someone called me back in approximately 30 minutes. The issues were resolved, by being assigned a different apartment and parking space.

The foul smell from the bin. The horrible smell from the washing up holder - someone leave water there as water turn brown or not clean properly!! I know I asked where is the hairdryer twice BUT we tried to find it - nothing there in the flat. It need to put in right place not other place. Please let me know where is the hairdryer.

The host provided very clear instructions regarding where to park and how to access keys and apartment. Also responded to other questions I had in a very promptly. The apartment was a great location for Windsor and legoland.

the floors in the living room/kitchen wasnt well clean and we found some rubbish hidden underneath the sofa. we travelled as a family so the sofa bed was handy but the beddings weren't cleaned. however the rooms seem nicely cleaned with clean sheets. another slight minor issue is the kettle it doesnt stop when reached boiling point

Something out of your control was that the flat above were very loud, running about at night.

Very nice place for a family stay and near to legoland. They provided free parking space. Many halal food options nearby. Kitchen facilities and living room is excellent.

You can arrive any time and key are there for you in lock box. Very warm and clean place, good for short and long holiday. Perfect location if you want go to central London just few minutes away from train station and get Elizabeth line to central London.

Every piece of cutlery, pans, kettle and fridge were dirty. My one year found a tablet left on the floor and almost managed to eat it. Staff at reception were so rude, he only seemed interested in his video he was watching and the food he was eating. Also, we left a bank card by mistake, to have this returned in the post was a charge of £25.00, our mistake for leaving of course but £25.00 to send somthing in the post is a lot.

Beds were comfy and clean. Cot looked brand new.

Gate code wont work. The host was not reachable. Got stuck for 20 mins until a resident let us in. Bad experience!

There were many issues. 1. Blocked bath which was fixed 5 days after the complaint. 2. Jammed washing machine door which took them 5 days to fix. 3. Short circuiting kettle that gave massive electric shock to our daughter and was never fixed in the 2 weeks we stayed. 4. Electric car park gate not working for at least 1 day. 5. Generally, it was not a nice property due to all the problems we encountered and the owners kept on apologising instead of fixing the issues.
