Had to walk outside in the rain & wind between the two sides of property & rooms were in separate sides instead of all being together. Also a few safety issues regarding falls with one of our group & another requested a toothbrush as had forgotten there’s and was given an opened one not in any packaging could have been previously used for anything 🤮

Breakfast was TERRIBLE! Worst I have ever had. Such a shame as it ruined what would be a perfect 10! It is served from a separate, horrible buffet room more reminiscent of a primary school canteen. Ran out of most items and what was left needed scraping off the tables.

Fantastic one night stay, beautiful decor, rooms are very well decorated we stayed in a garden room, breakfast was very nice 👌 we arrived later in the day , reception were brilliant on check in very informative

A bit far from the train station. The room was expensive for the size of it. The drinks were expensive.

Buffet breakfast was cold and not the best as in previous visits the breakfast was cooked to order, no tin tomatoes which is disappointing bacon under cooked orange juice warm, had to get our own milk no semi skimmed milk either.

Staff knowledge very good, great location perfect for exploring the local attractions. Room very clean and excellent bed very comfortable. Hotel already for Christmas and presented very well.

Some areas of the hotel have a really nice fragrance, but sometimes it is too strong, so for people with smell sensitivity could be unpleasant. A subtle but continuous noise came from the heating system during night, not much of a hassle but it could be improved.

The room was not well thought out. The dressing table was non functional, the mirror was too high and the stool too low. There was no shelf in the shower so shower gel and soap had to be placed on the floor.

The public areas were nice, restaurant was nice with good food and service.

Just a price and location to breakfast buffet style, not the best, the impression of the stuff give you is as though you’re a five star location looking down there does it me when they are just a receptionist and I’ll mail company people judge you want appearance wrong place for that

In the rooms to finish, it is not a fantastic to grouting round the shower round the thing is not very good and I found this in several rooms as I have been. Several times it feels to have been rushed and toilet area wasn’t very clean the wet room created a big puddle. does not go down the drain. .

We were in the older part of the hotel, and we found there was no lift. So carrying a baby with a pram and our luggage wasnt ideal especially when we were on the top floor.
