You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWiFi was quite weak in the bedroom plus the emergency light inside the bedroom the small green led bulb was quite bright while sleeping.
Elaine And Baz made us very welcome lovely clean rooms and the whole place was very homely. The home cooked food was wonderful and the bar just perfect.

Very welcoming hosts, arrived by bicycle and was happily shown to an indoor room where my bike could be safely left overnight. For all the room was small, it was idea for my purpose and very clean.

United KingdomA warm and friendly welcome and my request for a quiet room had resulted in a free upgrade to a lovely en-suite double bedroom. Sadly I had eaten before arrival so missed the excellent food available and had to leave early and so missed breakfast. The Hotel clearly has a good reputation for food locally as they were busy with non-resident diners. Good private car park and a well-kept pleasant and secluded garden to the rear. Just 10 minutes of the M6 and easy to find. No main road outside so no traffic noise and a good night's sleep. I'll be going back to get my (missed) brekkers!

United KingdomThe only thing I would say is if you’re serving breakfast from 7-9am then the heating should go on at 6am. It was freezing in the morning and my radiator didn’t come on until 8.30 and I literally could hardly run to the bathroom as it was so cold!

AustraliaThe dinner finished qt 7.45pm and we arrived at around this time and were told there was no food available. We had been driving for hours so it was a shame and exhausting as we weren't informed how early the dinner service finishes. Other than that we had a great stay.
