Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsCollecting the keys is in a supermarket and that took some searching. Because the apartment is located in a basement, it is often damp. This means that the blankets were often a bit damp and you could smell it.
It was a nice and spacious apartment close to the center. Plenty of towels and storage space. Contact with Charlie was also excellent and you had a response in no time.

United KingdomOverall had a great stay. Apartment was spacious, well decorated and everything we needed for our weekend stay. Walk in showers in both bathrooms that were in each bedroom. A toilet through a door in the kitchen. Little things such as dishwasher tablets were there for us to put on before we left, washing tabs if needed to use washing machine. A large dinning table if we were to eat in the apartment. Shops, restaurants etc were a 15 min walk or a quick and cheap Uber ride away. The steps down to apartment are a bit steep but just be carful and you’ll be fine. There was 6 of us girls stayed and could of got another on the sofa bed. Charlie was great, helping me with any questions or queries before our arrival (even with my 101 messages nothing was a problem) Would definitely recommend this apartment and we are booking again in the near future

United KingdomSmelt very musty, not a lot of cutlery or crockery. Bath towels felt very cheap & not very big plus not enough of them. Stairs down to the apartment very dangerous & dark . No information booklet which would have been of help especially if you didn’t have a mobile phone. Only found light switch for outside lights on the last day not labeled.

The property was absolutely stunning. It has such a homey and warm feel to it yet modern and stylish. It had everything we needed and more I was really impressed. It was the most beautiful apartment I have stayed. The team were amazing in providing all the information needed for our stay and they were so approachable if we were to need to ask anything (which we didn’t!) :)

we had an excellent stay for 4 nights. the property had everything we needed. a short walk to the car park around the corner which was fairly priced. we loved having the facilities to be able to cook our own food for our stay. it was spacious and felt homely.

United KingdomThe steps into it were narrow and steep. Wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with balance issues. A clearer sign on the location of the gate would be really benefital, especially arriving in the dark and rain - it was hard to know where it was as the gate blends with the black fence.
Huge apartment, not far from the city centre, quiet location, comfortable beds in the bedrooms, contact with the owners was seamless when we needed anything. Key collection and drop off was easy and quick.
